Hi,

I just recently bought a new laptop and I cant seem to run the game on the 1920 x 1080 Res setting without making everything in the interface look extremely small. Running on a lower res setting makes everything bigger but it makes the interface blurry and fuzzy. The video card onboard is the Nvidia GTX 1050 and the laptop has a Full HD 15.6" Screen.

I deeply appreciate any help.

Thanks

Try 1600 x 900. Not much you can do about it really, 1920 x 1080 in a laptop screen makes for some small words and a tiny tank carousel. Also, you can change the carousel back to the old single-row style.

A Full HD screen has a 16:9 ratio - try selecting one of the smaller setting under the 16:9 ratio setting in the game Graphics settings - e.g. 1600x900, 1366x768, 1280x720, 1024x576.

I tried that. It looks much better than the 1366 x 768. Not sure why I didn't try that earlier.

Is this issue something you have seen on a laptop as well Maltforti? or is it just something wrong with mine lol

EDIT:

1600 x 900 seems to be much crisper but just a little wider spread... something I might have to live with.

Thanks for the help guys!

I got a 27 inch and its the same thing.Fonts are too small. There is a game scaling interface button in settings but as per WG,its not useful. Its such simple overlooked things like this that continue to make WG look bad. They cant even make the game run with major vid card makers..namely amd right now. They recently admitted to mistakes in the game that are their fault..again but itys really starting to look like a lost cause.Expect as much frustration as enjoyment for the future.

Its a problem fromt this patch. They removed the additional option  (4:3  5:4 and 16:9) We are being forced to have bad aspect ratio.

On my case i have a 40 inch monitor and i cant set  1920x1080 (4:3 or 5:4)  Just (16:9 default) and tanks looks like eggs.

I already made a fresh  new post because they removed my eqquipment.

I have a Late 2015 27-inch iMac 5K Retina with a 4GB AMD RADEON R9 M395x card and if you run full-screen with MS Windows 10 Pro the game defaults to the screen resolution that the monitor is running at.  The native 5120x2880 results in some really small text.

The solution I use is that I set the screen resolution to 2580x1440 in MS Windows [100%]  and then set the game to Full-screen [2580x1440] with interface scaling at [Auto].  The game fills the screen without distortion and the game looks pretty good and the fonts are not too small.  The fonts at 3200x1800 and 2880x1620 look a little too small versus 2580x1440.

Hope this helps ...
