I see a premium tank I sold a while ago after vehicle recovery became available to purchase, and also whenever I sell a premium tank I don't see the 'recovery will be available for x' amount of time next to it. Is it still only 3 days or was it changed?

It was changed. I sold my is-3a a while ago but I can still buy it back.

So you're sure that there's an indefinite amount of time to buy them back?

I'm not 100% sure about "after" the most recent changes but I do know if you sold vehicles before the changes you can still get them back with submitting tickets like you always used to. I just got back my E25, TOG II, Dicker Max and FCM36 Pak40 with a ticket.

there is a time limit but its fairly long, I got one back that I had sold , hell a year ago maybe,-now it may have changed recently though

Anyone know for sure? I just sold like 10 old prem tanks i never play and it says 3 days to recover... Not that big of a deal, but peace of mind is nice.

Is there a way to check what premium tanks I sold a long ago? Way back I was selling all low tier free premiums (Ex: T7 Combat Car) and would like to try to recover them.
I could locate the T7 Combat Car since I can see it in the list of played tanks. I'm pretty sure back then I was selling them without even playing
