^..Nice list, Ringo ...and long time no see. I thought you quit this game...?
Anyway, here's a film you might like. It's another one of my personal favourites:
QUEST FOR FIRE
*I can't believe I haven't posted this here, already. This film has got to be one of my all time classic favourites, EVER! And I usually make an effort to watch this at least once each year. I always learn something new each time I watch it. So many nuances....
I come back here from time to time to see if I know anybody any more and see if anything's changed.
I downloaded the last update to see what, if anything has changed. The graphics are great, but the game seems to be infested with 'pay to win' tanks.
Played about 20 games, ping never got below 300ms, so I uninstalled. If I wanted to play a game that is more frustrating than fun, I'd take up golf again.
Good to see someone from the past still sees this game as fun, The list is really short anymore.

Yep, nice to see you again. And yes, I still find the game fun, for the most part. But how come you're getting such bad ping..? What kind of PC are you using..? You might have more fun with the game if you had a better server connection, and better ping.
Anyway, next time you're in game, send me an invite. We can set up our own battle room. It's a lot of fun just messing around in mid tiers. We get a lot of players joining that just like to have fun and brawl, and not take things too seriously. Come try us out. We are on weekends/evenings, on the central server. Until then, 07 Ringo.

Will do.

Easy. It would have to Rush, couldn't be anything else. It's the brilliant true story of the rivalry between James Hunt and Niki Lauda in Formula One.
Directed by Ron Howard
Starring Daniel Bruhl and Chris Hemsworth.
"Men love woman, but even more than that, men love cars"
Helps that I'm a massive James Hunt fanboy.

I miss Murray Walker and James Hunt doing the F1 commentary for the BBC.

^...Excellent film. For all you WWII history fans, I highly recommend this...
CASTLE KEEP
I do like this film , but I was sort of meaning this Keep. IMDB link https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0085780/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1
If it hasn't been already established, bit of a weird chap.

^..Interesting. And speaking of weird...
I also noticed a lot of Stephen King stuff on that link/page. So, here's a classic I'm sure we all remember:
This film was fun for me to watch because I really miss seeing Fred Gwynne on the Munsters. Such a great actor.

Yep, it's that time of year again. I usually take a break from video games this time of year, but I will still be checking the forum, periodically, and to keep updated. But for the most part, I will be fishing and watching baseball. Too old to play, but I can still watch. Enjoy your summer everyone!
^..This film is always fun to watch this time of year. Enjoy! ...

Well, I watched this film recently, and I have to say that I really liked it. It wasn't what I was originally expecting from yet another Tarantino work, but it didn't disappoint. It started off a little slow, but I liked that, along with its quirky car and rooftop camera angles. And yes, it had its obligatory moments of gratuitous Quentin violence and gore near the end. However, I sincerely felt the movie was more than that. It was more than just the sum of its parts. I believe it was deeper than that. It was deeper on many levels. Take, for example, DiCaprio's part in the film. He is, of course, an actor{IRL}, 'playing' an aging actor in Hollywood. And while Leo's character is most often drunk on set and screwing up his lines throughout most of the filming, he is, at the same time, trying to convince himself that he is not all washed up as an actor, and on his way out of the Hollywood scene. In other words, it's brilliant 'Meta-acting' on at least three different levels. And I'm not sure if Quentin Tarantino deliberately set out to do that, but in the end, he certainly achieved it.
