that logic is flawed deeply

Oh really, care to try to refute it rather than just say it's wrong?

Can war gaming use a better match making system?  If XVM can look at stats and tell you predictably that you have a 10% chance to win then I would say that is not fair play.  The problem lately, of course, is that war gaming constantly loads one side with way more heavy tanks than the other.  Everyone is playing these defenders and the new vk 100.01...you put 3 times as many of those on one team and there is no reason to even try especially since all the maps have been reworked to benefit heavy tanks in the first place.

pretty sure i read this in para 14 "YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST WARGAMING"

you understand that legally, these clauses are nothing more than an empty threat intended to do ntohing more than try and discourage some behavior... the truth of the matter is, contracts cannot in any way violate a law... and wording like this potentially violates many, many laws... you simply can't sign your rights away... a company can't make you sign a contract "if you violate our terms, we can kill you"... I mean, sure, they can make you sign it, but it will never be a legal contract... they can't kill you no matter what you sign... they can't rob you no matter what you sign... a contract has to adhere to the laws of the country/state/municipality/etc... if the contract is against the law, it is not a legally enforceable contract... this clause is as empty as bank accounts after a trip to Vegas... you can't sign your rights away, they can't take your rights away... that language is nothing more than trying to scare people into "behaving"...
