Skorp G is one of only 2 premiums that, while running credit boosters, I have been able to NET over 200K credits in a battle.  The other being the Super P.  A normal good game with out boosters can easily net 75K.  When I really need credits quick, the Skorp G and Super P are my go to tanks.

I like mine.  Fantastic gun with very good mobility and no armor.  I have had great games and some pretty bad ones.  I am still adjusting to really optimizing for it's "personality".

Great tank and worth every penny IMO.  It's fun as long as you understand how to play a glass cannon.

And I disagree that it's not a good crew trainer.  Since it holds a 4 man crew, that means if you play 16 matches each of the crew members will receive double XP 4 times.  If you play 16 games in the JT 88, each crew member gets double XP only 2 times.

4x double XP > 2x double XP

The more matches you play, the more double XP they get exponentially.

Loaders are predominantly using perks that are...meh.  The absence of which wouldn't be noticed anyway.  Whereas the commander, driver, gunner and radio operator have skills and perks that most (if not all) players consider essential.

Pretty much. Bia, safe stowage and either repairs or camo depending on the tank and you are more or less done. The rest are too situational to be of much value.

It either does great or horrible (at least for me). If you are spotted early, you are dead (no armor, suffers module damage, etc.)

It is OK IMHO. A one-trick pony.

yes. It is one of the better tier 8 mediums in the game.

lol at that turret traverse though.  So easy to circle of death those things.  A maus could probably circle one.

I'd say play a hellcat.  If you like a hellcat you probably like this.

I do well in my hellcat but I don't particularly like the playstyle so pass for me.

Not easy to play, since it has no armor and abysmal camo ratings. JG88 is a lot better for making credits, and for crew training. I like them both.

If you are good at playing tanks like the CDC you will do well in Scorp-G and like it. If you donk know how to be an opportunystic ninja then you will not like it.

My Borsig is one of my primary tanks. I finally picked up a SkorpG today to compare/contrast.

TL;DR - I think the Borsig is better overall...primarily due to better camo and reloads.

I need to look at the values a little more closely though.

My son has one, I do not. So I know this prem is not a great money maker but its not horrible.

I have one and I'm rubbish at the game so I actually know, it is an excellent credit earner. The problem with the tank, when at my skill level, is that it's pretty team dependent

Agree.

And the Borsig earns me pretty OK creds too.

Playing the Skorpion has finally motivated me to grind the Borsig; I'm more than happy to sacrifice the mobility of the Skorpion for the DPM and cammo on the Borsig.

It's worth it. I think the Borsig is better on the battlefield, at the expense of not earning as many creds from the Skorp's premium bonus.

But if you're like me and have 10mil creds sitting there not being spent anyway...that's kind of a moot point.

The Skorp's gun is a little more accurate, but RNG can still screw that up, and the Borsig is plenty accurate for 500m shots. The Borsig is pretty much invisible with full camo crew + paint + net.

The combined "Concealment" value on my Skorpion G, using 3 crew members from my Borsig, and the 4th crew member at 57% camo, is 494. My Borsig's score is 891.

Heh, yeah my Skorpion's cammo is also at 497 - great for getting off the first shot, after that - not so much: )

And I do get shot a lot by those 'invisible' Borsig's, while more often than not the Skorpion G is pretty much detectable after firing a shot. I also do a well with a Krupp-Steyr WT, with a concealment value of 919.

I think you're right - the Borsig will do better for me on the battlefield, thanks for the details.

Borsig gets left behind in a rout and can't get away if over run.  Tough to relocate
