I have no problem with stats being available online, I actually think its a really cool way to see how you make changes to yourself and get better or worse. I only have a problem with the stats in a match. Seeing someone elses stats on your opponents team "for most players" means focus (many times just YOLO) the higher stat people because they are more likely to influence a game and they need to be dead. That is very powerful and takes away from the goal of winning and playing smart. This also has a negative impact on team interaction. Seeing that a lower rated player that might be with you, you might just use it as bait to soak shots and die for you to do extra damage, instead of working as a team and protecting your teammates.

In the end XVM in match is retarded, but it is a great tool in garages or after battle reports.

I had xvm on for years now and I like it. It's a good tool to judge who you should probably focus on first if you have the option to pick a target or to judge if the guy next to yea is going to screw you over.  Have never had the win chance turned on tho, don't ever tell me the odds.
