Seen it on Mines and others but this one seems to be absolutely broken with top spawn being able to win or force a draw.  It is unbalanced and unfit for Random Battle queue in its current condition.

Or people performing clearly unintended exploits could stop performing them. You know... that would be one way to fix it.
