"The data obtained from the update service is incorrect?" oh boy.....

tried very bloody thing they asked me to do, add port,send files. Just short of them wanting me to suck their collected [edited].

Service has become a joke of endless looped answers from them have been unable to even play the game sense 03-09-2017.

Long story short lost premium time and appears wasted money. So with being unable to log in to use the 60+ prem days i had before this all started. I may have to just quit tanks. WGcheck tool is useless when it can't even find the files that the installer installed.... Funny part is they claimed my WotLauncher file was corrupt even tho is was just installed via their installer... They told me to run integrity check via the launcher. Of course integrity check is pointless if it can not connect to update server.

These are the ports they told me to add.

First, please ensure that you have opened (added the ports to your port forwardingsettings) in your router or modem/router combo: UDP Range: 20014 and 32801-32825 TCP Range: 53, 443, 3128, 8081, 8088, 32801, and 32803

To have Voice chat working properly, please, forward the following ports: UDP 3478, 3479, 5060, and 5062

When i requested a full client offline install file they refused. so 15 days and counting without even being able to update let alone install the game past the downloaded installer.....

Divine intervention is needed or perhaps you not being able to play is divine intervention.

 

Regardless they should extend your premium time if they value their customer.

OP ask for the Premium time back when you final get WOT's installed.  If you have not played any games and being a frequent player I believe that WG will and should help you out.

Can someone tell me what a "full client offline install file" is or is it what it says it is.  And if it is I can see why WG would not give on out.

Whenever I've had that problem it was caused by my firewall stopping anything from WG.  The only way I found around it was to turn off the virus protection and firewall, start the download, and then turn the protection and firewall back on.  I was able to turn them on during the download.

Been there tried that. nothing works not even reinstalling the OS.
