Entire team is getting lag spikes during March Mapness tournament games. 

Tanks are dieing then the shots are fired. WTH?

For my monies worth I would gladly pay a $ premium, and if this mechanism if not standardized it could be added as paid option!

But there does seem to be an issue with high latency at the WarGaming servers - case in point NA West server having triple digit ms while the rest of the route has low double digit ms - that are making the game unplayable for what appears to be a growing number of players [if you believe the Forums].

 

That leads to frustration and WarGaming is not good about communicating whether there is an issue, seem to have those players go through seemingly meaningless troubleshooting, acknowledge that they have been hearing that there are lag issues in a separate locked thread and then do not update that thread.

 

For me, the proper way to address is to: unlock the separate thread, warn the users posting about language and moderate, devise a specific set of steps for the affected users to follow so they have a consistent set of data points to follow, thank the users for posting, and then update in that thread - e.g. We have received XX number of responses for the NA West and are investigating.  While this is frustrating for those affected we ask for your patience while we investigate.  In the meantime, here are some settings changes that may allow reduce the lag for you.

 

Doing this, in my opinion, would send a strong message that WarGaming cares about their users and that they are working hard to correct major issues.  Does that mean they have a fix - no it does not because we do not know how many users are being affected, what exactly is the issue, is it at the client or server end, etc.

 

I also realize that sometimes it is the user and WarGaming does not have to make a separate Forum for each and every issue but in the case of lag - they have already stated that they are aware of reports and went to the trouble of asking for data - so in my mind that points to a major issue.

 

Just my two cents ...

I am not sure where to report this at but i am letting WOT know that there is a site that the players of WOT might be getting free gold from this site ( http://www.freegameb...anks/#undefined )   I hope this helps and the people at WOT see this. here is the youtube site that it was found on hope WOT does something about this there are a lot of players that might e tempted to use this to get free gold.

Thanks wargaming for all the lag and other glitches after this micro patch in game.

I wonder when wargaming actually starts a CS&A team (customer service and after sales) to assure the functionality of the patch/ update prior to the implementation and also takes care of their customers wants and needs.

But there will be a cold day in HELL when that wonder would occur!!!

The usual cluster [edited]  that all player on the NA server's are the Beta tester for all the patches/ updates from wargaming.

This will be the "FIRST" and "LAST" game from wargaming I play, because there are nothing but update/ micro patch bugs, glitches, bad map rotation and not to forget the utter garbage match making (Tank classes) and all the issues are "ALWAYS" on the customers end...Wargaming is never in fault...LMBO!

 

PS. I like the game, but I play four other games and don't have hardly any issues...that should tell you something wargaming!

having issues the past 3 days in the garage. Cant click to renew consumables, add equipment, even research.  game play seems fine(no lag/rubber banding).  But the game freezes when trying to do stuff in the garage.  anyone else having this?

Yet you are completely ignoring my original Start Date (which is misleading as its the games launch date, i started before that) in this game, and the premium i have played with since day one renewed on a monthly basis on not 1 but 2 servers, the multiple premium tanks, and gold for converting, it mounts up. 

 

Also just so you know around my start date the USD was trading in and around $1.60-$1.80 for £1.00 basically double, forgive me for rounding it up for you.

World of Tanks has been driving us all crazy ever since that last micropatch.  NEVER in all of the time I've played here have I seen so many dropped connections in the same game.  (3) is the present record.  I have to do the cntrl, alt, delete thing to get to my task manager, shut the game down completely & then relog back in.  If I don't make it back before the game ends, then they have the nerve to penalize me by taking away anything I make in the game.  I've contacted my ISP to make sure that nothing from their server to me is messed up, bought a new NIC to make sure it wasn't my onboard that was faulty & also purchased a new 2 gig video card.  Network diagnostics were run showing no faults.  Every driver on my system was & is up to date.  You send WoT support an email & instead of admitting they have a server problem they want you to send them a "Pingplotter" file as a smoke screen so they can potentially still blame you & buy them some time to ACTUALLY deal with the issue.  I did the test & it showed (13) hops with an average round trip time of 49.8 ms.  That's to be expected with the 500 meg broadband package I'm paying for.  It's not fixed & in the last 36 hours I've ALSO lost all game sounds while playing too.  Every other sound file on my system works.  Mp3s, videos, other websites etc.  This is the only place that causes my computer so much grief & everyone so much stress.  A quick word to management!  MANAGE!  Hopefully before customer support doesn't have to come up with another BS tactic because you won't have customers to lie to any more.
