Database Update!

Updated:

Battle Observer (hp pools)

Contour Icons mirroring patch

Garage interface modifications - additional server information (xvm)

Sixth sense icon LEOTM

Added:

Crew Icons Anime

Crew Icons Minions

Hangar Cave USA flag

Hangar Cave German flag

Hangar Cave GB flag

Hangar Concrete Floor

Hangar Turquoise

WoT interface by __P_H_A_R_A_O_N__ english settings

WoT interface by __P_H_A_R_A_O_N__ german settings

The hangar mod was bugging my garage out, it kept doing this weird zoom out thing from time to time.  Any chance of adding the cute anime garage that OMC used to have?   And about that auto-aim search I asked about....???  Sorry I haven't gotten back to you about the Thai language thing, there are so many words there's no translation for, I don't know that I can do it.

I have a question about the legality of 2 sec/5 sec/infinite autoaim search, under Autoaim indication.  Unless I'm misunderstanding what it does, I don't think that one is legal.  I want the lock shell distance when enemy disappeared without having to have the autoaim search that doesn't seem legal, any way to separate them?

And about that auto-aim search I asked about....???

There are two mod features under question:

The auto aim search

The shell distance locker

Both are legal mods. The auto aim search works by when you right click, it starts to "search" for a target. It finds a targe ONLY when they are highlighted in red, meaning you can't lock on to a target through a building. Here is some legal information:

http://forum.worldof...2#entry13344242

also here is the origional post. If it was illegal the page would have been taken down or at least moderated:

http://forum.worldof...im-but/#topmost

as for the second feature, it is legal as well. That part of the mod is an extension, or in this case, feature wise copy of the mod "balcalcmod". When in sniper of arcade mods, you hold a key and it will lock the game's shell trajectory curve to a specified distance. Here is some more intormation on it:

Also, aslain has them in his modpack as well:

Yes, thank you to answer. I appreciate that.  Did you install the hanger manager?  The one where you can change the garage look?  Did you experience the weird zoom out thing I was talking about?  Any chance of adding the cute anime garage that OMC had before to that pack?  All the stuff that the pack is putting on my desktop(download location).  Does it need to stay or can it be deleted?  Great pack, thank you so much to carry on the awesome legacy of OMC.

I notice the pack doesn't have a download link?  Is there one?  I'm so glad to have these mods again, they make the game more enjoyable.

Version 22.3.0:
-Fixed a bug to now allow the modpack to work in sandbox and common test versions. That does not, however, mean that the mods work in those versions.
-Added polish translations, big thanks to Neoros of the EU server!

sorry, I meant "donate" link.  My clan members are equally appreciative, want to donate, but don't see it in the mod.  I suggest adding a donate link in the mod client as many commanders post the direct download link + instructions.

I had installed it and did not see any immediate issues. However, note that when checking if a mod works before adding it, the check is usually only the following:

no errors at install time

no errors in python log at garage time

no errors in python log at battle time

mod functions as intended by the developer

the last one is generally a quick feature test, just make sure everything works without breaking, and quickly move on to the next mod. Some mods, I don't even look at because others on the dev team have made the changes. I am willing to bet  that if I went back into the game right now with the mod, that maybe after 5 mins or so i would get the error after investigation. This is why I rely on you guys to provide feedback when mods arn't working as they are supposed to.

The most I can do is go to the developer form and post the issue there, see what they say.

tl;dr:

no i didn't get the error but I believe you and will ask the deveoper

Noted. I will add that into the bottom of the installer main window. Also have plans to add the EU form link as well. Probably this weekend. Stay tuned :)

I did a word search for Gnome, and could not find it. So I presume that Gnomefathers gun sounds pack has not been mentioned yet. But do you plan to implement it. As it is easily one of the best soundpacks available in my opinion.

it's in the queue. We have someone right now adding lots of sound mods. If you put your name on the spreadsheet for this mod, he will send you a message when the mod is added :)

Willster,

I'm not smart enough to use your online bug reporting spreadsheet, so I'm putting my bug notice here, sorry:

Upon launching the latest version of your modpack after your last update, the mod selection window resizes to a very tiny window. Even if I make it bigger the font inside remains micro-sized, and I have to use the Windows Accessibility Tools Magnifier to be able to configure my mod selections. Please fix!

This sounds like a font issue.

In all seriousness, try rebooting your computer. It could be a font issue.

Also try compatibility mode.

Do you use display scaling from windows?

I haven't changed anything with the font code in a while, so my guess would be something on your pc. but that's just a guess.

Willster, thanks, this tip solved the problem. After your last update, your scaling setting changed automatically, and I had to override it and use my system scaling instead of your application scaling. Then everything looked normal again. For your reference, I'm using this on an Alienware Windows 10 Professional 64-bit gaming laptop with the most powerful graphics processor that they sell.

Thanks for your help! (By the way, I hope my PayPal donation on April 26 helped the cause!)

So what assurances do we have this is not really some sort of malware? We are just supposed to trust the author and blindly tell antivirus to ignore? Why is is that this is the only modpack that I've come across that does this? Not casting aspersions,  but doesn't seem right.

Because I trusted Odem Mortis for years and OM told us he was handing off to Relhax, and that was good enough for me. Also, Willster (Relhax administrator) is very responsive and helpful. Lastly, I never turned off either my antivirus or my Malwarebytes and neither of those protections ever had a problem with Relhax. My 2¢ worth.

I'm still having display problems, with a high power good graphics Windows 10 Professional 64-bit laptop. Even though the window is now full sized, and the font size is normal again, now the content is compressed and cascading over each other. I ran the compatibility troubleshooter several times. I tried to attach an image for you, but even though I made it <100 KB it still wouldn't let me. I will email it to the same address I used for my PayPal donation to you.
