So continuing to be the impatience bastard that I am, I sent an e-mail asking for more details about when they will ship, and here is the response:

"Firepower is scheduled to arrive at our facility the week of the 8th and we will be shipping out the orders shortly after.  You will receive an email confirmation as soon as they have left our facility"

I can't wait till i get my copy:)

Have people gotten their emails yet?  I haven't seen anything in my inbox or spam box.  I've had trouble getting email from them before, and so I'm kind of wondering if maybe it just got filtered away completely.

Thanks.

I sent them another email and they said that printing took longer than expected

Source E-mail:

"Hi Kevin,

We did receive your order and it will be shipping from our facility on Friday 5/19/17.  I apologize for the delay, printing took longer than expected.

Take Care,

Jessica:"

Printing always takes longer than expected. Got to be a wee more patient.

Oh sure.  If they get it out this month, I'll consider that a decent job of estimation.  :)  My spam box didn't like the order confirmation from Echo Point back in January, and given that people were saying emails were supposed to go out this week, I wanted to make sure something didn't get eaten and that I know to look for the box when it comes.  (The postal service will sometimes leave a package hidden on the porch, and I only find it a week later if I'm not looking for it.)

Thanks for the responses.

Look what juicy goodness just arrived at my doorstep a few minutes ago! I must say it was very well packed.

Lots of really detailed content in there. Can you imagine what it would be like to send a copy of this back to 1935?

My copy arrived today too.  Gorgeous, high quality reprint.   Thanks to Wargaming and The Chieftain and Echo Point Books for putting this out.  Definitely worth the price, IMHO.

That is a gorgeous book there sir! I was wondering what they'd ultimately look like when they started shipping out. Thanks for sharing! :)
