It is not dance's fault, it was the system and she posted about it right away when it was found out, she is the one that maintains the tourney forum area, but not in control of when system glitches hit.  SHE did not do this to any of you

Our team roster was changed by us, we were then all set to go, then a glitch reverted it back to the original roster. Now we can't play the 5x5. Most disappointing, whatever the cause. Teams should have gotten messaged directly, not just a forum post. How would we know to look at the forums when we have no idea there was even a problem in the first place? Hopefully this won't be a recurring problem...

Same thing happend to me i confirmed a full 5v5 and 3v3 last night and got on today and neither were there or confirmed and i could not get my guys back on by 5 to confirm it so no tornament gold for that one. Do you think its worth letting them know by sending in a ticket?

You say how would you know to look at the forums, well, you are looking at them right now. You came to forums to post your little complain thread, which obviously means you saw an issue with your team and thought "I'll go post on the forums about the problem our team ran into." You obviously know about the forums, and that information DOES get posted about issues when some of this stuff happens. But I guess you just don't think of looking at the forums about tournaments you enter until you run into an issue yourself, then you immediately run to the forums to post something. Use your damn brain and actually check the forums to see for yourself if there are issues, unless you don't possess the necessary mental faculties to think that through.

Within said thread, people wanna accuse Dance of causing this issue. Their systems are automated. With systems like this, sometimes random crap happens that people cannot foresee. Dance does one HELL of a lot of stuff for these kinds of tournament and I have a lot of respect for the things she does.

Hi guys!

I was just informed that there was a system-wide error with the tournament admin system. This error caused the system to roll back to a previous point and could have resulted in some loss of data - namely, the players added / removed from rosters as well as if a team has been confirmed. It seems as though the lost data would have been from the past day or so.

We apologize for the inconvenience. I plan to allow registration to stay open later, in case teams need to make any last minute changes. If there is anything I can do to help with any rosters that may have been affected, please send me a PM or email tournaments@wargamingamerica.com.

Thanks!

PS Dance post was #75.
