Anyone unable to log Sandbox?

Been on and off with it since the first phase then I go to give it a couple of rounds to try the new mod it is no longer accepting my password, the same for the Sandbox forums. I know my passwords well so it is not like I forgot it. Also the recovery link in the sand box client links to a Russian page....

I was able to get in after resetting my password after the update  they put out this morning (Monday, 10th).

Yea same issue. Says I have incorrect password but I know it's correct. I'm not going to  update my password just for this. Hopefully they fix it soon.

it says its online, but i havent been able to get my password reset email, so i cant even try to log in.

Probably a broken server issue. Honestly I submitted two applications but don't get to play.

no go as well. Password reset will not send emails. I've had access since the first iteration as well.

Heck I get in but can't play , lag is worse than NA East server.

i reset my password and im still waiting for a reply have tried it 3 times with no reply from WG  .                           :(

I had the same issue, tried everything, even filled a ticket knowing Id get a copy/paste response. WG never lets you down when you don't expect much.

I had the same issue, but it is not gonna just go away and they can't fix it anytime soon. There is no reason not to reset your password. I reset mine and you can use the exact same as you had before.

were do we reset our password? i click the unable to login on the sandbox launch screen but it just takes me to a russian forum where it says my account dosent exist?

 

 

edit: i did the password reset but it told me i was adding a password seems to have worked which is weird 

 

2nd edit: it didnt work, it now sais error getting account details so im still not able to try the mode

I had to go through the process as if I were creating a new account and was able to log in after doing so. it does not use the pre-existing wot password.

I changed my password for sandbox but it says incorrect
