Thanks for the response, but after playing today got 3 Pascucci's and was surprised, and then took a look closer and find that they already changed all the epic medals consering 2 tiers higher and now is only 1 tier higher, plus the 3-4-5 arties medals are now 2-3-3(1 tier higher).
They have to upload those changes to the Portal, tho. (And make proper the comments in the 9.18 update)

I would like a full refund of any monies spent; I spent the money based on how the game WAS not how bad you were going to screw up MM. Most games are a total walk-over for one team or the other. That is *** NOT *** good matchmaking. Every match should be a nail-biter.
As Agent Gibbs would say, "Wargaming screwed the pooch" on this one!

New MM and Old MM will and had that type of result. It is normal for most battles to end that way. Works that way in real life as well.

Mid tier MM seems improved.
High tier still has issues with pitting lights/meds/arty against heavies or lights/arty against meds etc.
But MM will be screwed up with too many people playing the new lights for the next couple of weeks at least.

I honestly like the mm after this patch, it seems a lot more balanced for tier emplacement 80% of the time now. But it's not perfect. i'd judge this as a minor improvement, but still needs tweaks in places.
The placement of classes, ratio of heavys, mediums, ect. aren't always the best, some seem to be like throwing what was left into the rotation, ending up with games of 5 vs 1 of a specific class, which still feels off.
What probably upset me the most was the platoon changes. I get the idea of perfect MM, but its incredibly difficult now to play with friends due to the tier and class limitations. I still like the old idea where it'd bonus you for equal tier platoons and non-bonuses for tiers that were 1-2 tiers higher or lower. If anything, at least give back 1 tier flexibility and artillery back to platoons.
Not many players in the random battles will ever used coordinated attacks as a group effort, the only way the game would show signs of good teamwork were in platoons, even as artillery, it would help one team a lot. its another player skill set MM and not perfection, otherwise im sure the game would have implemented a rank system of some sort that judged a player by performance for the MM.
Im not a big fan of artillery myself, but just saying, i had a lot more fun playing with friends strategically and having a set of eyes in the skies to lend fire support and additional situational awareness for me. Its kind of what the game is looking for right?
On the good note. im impressed with the results of the set goal, it seems that the tiers are evenly dispersed for each team, and the number of dominating tiers aren't as off set as it used to be. Keep it up Wargaming! you almost got it.

There is currently a problem with the matchmaker balancing arty. had a game earlier with 1 arty on my team, none on the other. Proof below. notice the 261 on my team and no arty on the other
also the MM seems to mis-balance arty fairly frequently.
and to add on, with the 3/5/7 changes, I feel like a platoon taking to top slot is kind of unbalanced. with the 3/5/7, you could end up with 3 meh tier 10 meds versus 3 maus. not really balanced TBH.

All my battles today (over 10 total) were lopsided wins or losses.
Just lost a 13 on 13 battle where I did more damage than the other 12 tanks on my team combined. In addition, there were 8 tanks that dished out zero damage. I have a screenshot, but not sure how to load it here.
Maybe MM by player rating is a better solution.
