Having the same issue, seems I'm stuck in trying to inter battle and waiting for it too go through, but isn't going to do it, and if I exit it just stays in battle.

We've passed on the reports about the issue and are waiting for a fix. I'm right there with everyone else, waiting to get unstuck from the battle queue to test out Ranked Battles :(

Hmm you would think since this thread is now 4 DAYS old they would do whatever they need to.... if it takes Resetting the server. 

 

Hmm wonder how many people will try again or bothered to do what I just did and look it up or make a post on it 

 

so in typical WG fashion I guess we will wait for about 2-3 Years for them to do something about it

so I tried uninstall and install did not work

then tried to accept invite from friend didn't work

​then tried to delete game progress from game log and force update did not work

​then tried to log in from different PC did not work

then tried to log on from different server did not work

​then tried to delete updates file did not work

​then I gave my account info to my brother across the globe to try did not work

well I know something if I was An Eng or this was my job I will get it it done asap because its frustrating

​I don't know if you are careless or just lazy

you need to explain to us what is all that wait for

​or else no reason to make us wait all that long without explanation we are the CUSTOMERS  we pay good money to play your free game so you have to respond and hear from us to keep your boat floating

​I've been stuck in Q since day 1 and am not happy about it shout out if you agree people.

I agree totally. I cant believe we as customers have not heard from them about this I guess they don't care.

A test server is just that a test - e.g. an experiment, trial run.  With experiments there are bound to be issues - sometimes serious issues.

 

Where is the expectation that [...you have to respond and hear from us...]?  I did not see anything in either Terms of Service or End User Licence Agreement.

 

In the EULA - Section 11. Warranties and Liability regarding the Game - you agreed that the software was provided on an [as-is] basis without warrant that the game is free of errors.

 

If you were a game developer then you would know that issues are sometimes not simple.  They need to be researched, cause found, work on fix, and then test fix to make sure it does not break something else.

 

WarGaming has stated that they are aware of the issue and are working on.  Let them come up with a fix that works.

 

Does it suck that you are unable to play on the Test Server?

 

Yes it does.

 

It is in our best interest to give them concise and coherent feedback - e.g. Running HD client on MS Windows 10 Pro [64-bit] with dedicated 4GB AMD R9 card and the client hangs when clicking on [Battle]. Was running PingPlotter and there are no lags at any servers from my client to your servers

Update changed nothing, launch battle never enter queue. Alt-tab to desktop and close game then restart and stuck in queue.

I have 2 accounts with my 2 emails and it is the same issue on both I don't want to hit the battle button science the game wont connect me to the server. I understand it is an issue but for what how many days we have been waiting. FIX IT PLZ WARGAMING

Guys, are you that stupid? The point of the testing here is to test the ranked battles. The game updated, and you were freed from the queue. It's not my fault you decided to jump right back in without reading other posts. Play ranked battles.

Now my little snowflake, test server is for all mode or those mode would be locked out. After you get some experience you will understand so we will look over the mean comment.

​No, I'm not stupid. I did think of that. I was freed from queue yesterday, so I tried to join a ranked battle. Stuck in queue now again! :facepalm:​The problem is with the test server. Specifically server 2. I cannot log into test server 1, since I'm stuck in queue on server 2.

And I'm logged into CT1 where I'm stuck.    Since you are stuck on CT2, that would strongly suggest both servers have the same problem, which is probably the code in version #433.
