I agree taking 20 secs to get there and get set up would be really hard, If we were spotted at announced as spotted at 27 seconds into the game so he spotted us 24 secs into the game which according to Rommel he could do with his camo net and Binos active (21 seconds). Seriously guys if you still think this is likely then call them out get them to post a replay.
Compare in Tanks GG does show the two fully loaded lights will out spot a Type 62, but their soft ground resistance is much worse than a Type 62
well, I guess the first thing to address is that knocking a tree over won't trigger 6th sense. Your vehicle has to fall into their view range, or have one of your "view point checkpoints" be seen by them, even for the briefest moment. Then 3 seconds later 6th triggers.
D4/5 has a bunch of bushes that can see your square, and coated optics+crew skills and a bit of luck can easily put you down as spotted. I've been amazed the things I've lit there and been closer than D4 and not get lit. Sometimes I get lit way before the low ground and can never find who spotted me.
At least when one is down low, it's hard to know from where you've been spotted, however your position only allows one region. Draw a line from your tank to the middle of D4 and then keep going. That's the only place he could be and he doesn't need to be in the forward D4 bushes to spot you.
You should touch base with them and ask for their reply.
As it stands, with the screenshots provided and lines of sight, I can rule out any blatant cheatery
