You might say that they at least attempted to balance the Chrysler K by giving it a mediocre gun, but the real beef with it is that having that much frontal armor with no weakspot is absolute cancer. It forces one of a few scenarios to occur- A: low tiers simply cannot penetrate it, even with gold shells. B: Some tanks can't penetrate it with regular shells, and are forced to spam gold. And C: When high tier opposition does spam gold, then suddenly that armor becomes meaningless.

That's the inherent problem when you put all your eggs in the 'armor' basket. It was a bad idea when they did basically the same thing with the 252, and its just as bad now.

OP or not, the fact you need to spam Premium ammo to play with it, and you need to spam Premium ammo to play against it...............is the problem!.

Pretty much like the old arty, frustrating in both ways.

To all the poeple saying the new Chrysler isn't OP, it can easily angle such that the entire tank is 230+ effective armor. This means that just about every tier 6 and 7 tank CANNOT pen with gold rounds. There are even tier 8s that cannot pen the front with gold. IS-6 and KV-5 are the first that come to mind. WG has put in a tank that needs to be flanked by its peers, so that they can pen it with GOLD. If it had a frontal weakspot, with ~150 mm of armor, I would have no problem with the tank as it is. But it doesn't. I'm not talking about a weakspot the size of the KV-5's R2-D2 either, even just a weak machinegun port or a penetrable coupola would be fine.

Or just the lower plate....WHY are lower plates getting thicker and thicker every tank they release? You can hide the lower plate easily and be just as Powerful.....I dont know why they insist on overbuffing this common, and resonable weakpoint...

i do think new skins/camo is a good idea though, i know you can get mods for it but changes everyone's tanks not just yours and other players can't see it either

How did the Chrysler pen the Maus... even with prem it's not enough to pen the lower glacis if the Maus angles at all... He would have to have the flat side or back of the Maus to do anything

It gets "SPECIAL" ammo with 260 pen. In theory if the maus stares at you, 50% of your shots will penetrate. It also gets like 100 freaking arounds so you can go 50/50 (LITERALLY) ap/gold.

But the Maus would still have to not move the entire game time... if the Maus angled its armor at all then there's no penning the lower plate or the turret with only 260... If the Maus was a bot then that makes sense, but I doubt anyone who is actually playing the game could lose in a Maus to the Chrysler
