They have loaded quite a few, why is that? Like, when they release all these tier 2-5 premiums for free, they are obviously trying to encourage people to play lower tiers and keep the games going... so I bet they have a strategy with all these heavily armored tier 8s. Hmmmmmm. I have fifty million credits. I wonder if that's why? I think there are a lot of us sitting on millions and millions of credits, I'm betting they are trying to get us to use them and buy gold rounds. I'm willing to bet there was a meeting where someone said, "The average silver hoard is getting really huge... MajorVom just doesn't want to buy any more Tier X tanks... how can we give him a way to utilize all that hard earned silver?" So see, it's not just a cash grab to sucker money out of the fanboys who need the latest OP tank, its also a gift to all of us who saved our silver and now we've got something worthwhile to use it on.

True. The tanks don't need to be OP, they just have to be perceived that way. Everybody wants part of the "winning formula" and is willing to part with their cash to be part of it - even if that winning formula is only an illusion (which in many cases it is). When certain contributors call a tank OP (either praising it or criticising it) that actually tends to boost sales! It has nothing to do with how many credits you have in the game, it has everything to do with how many dollars you have in your wallet and your willingness to part with them in an effort to boost your in-game "credibility" (win-rate, personal rating, WN8 etc). It's human nature. Taking advantage of human nature is what most businesses do.

I'm sitting on more credits than you are, I fling plenty of premium ammo, and I end up with more credits every day.  The chrysler is still crapcompared to the 252u.  252 armor can defeat a lot of errant premium rounds....no so much on chrysler.

Its a double grab.Make em use gold and pay thru the teeth for new premiums. Not surprising from a company that also sells achievement rewards.

Technically they only bring it back when pork prices plummet.

so the chrylser has awesome armor and no pen

so you have to load gold to pen anything that gets armor, and anything that wants to damage you has to load gold

its kinda simple

Armor is the only kind of tank that can passively boost player ability. When you sell it, the baddies will buy it and feel good about themselves because the tank partially plays the game for them; leading to more wins than normal.

With update 9.18 Tier VIII tanks are seeing 80-90% bottom tier battles, no point in buying premium tanks any longer. I have started the "free to play" part of this game since the update. See y'all on the battlefield.
