Rumor has it they are scared to show their faces in public due to the masses holding pitchforks ready for them.

WG got banned from E3 for their censorship of Foch video.

I'm just kidding   lol

At this point it won't do them any good as their reputation is totaled, come Monday or Tuesday its going to be a show to behold. I think this is the point where either WG starts to make a serous effort to reform or goes into decline.

I was expecting them to show at PAX East like in past years, but nada. Wonder why they are keeping WGNA on such a tight leash

Because they have nothing to show at this point.  Who knows when Frontline and the other 30v30 will be available.  Probably not until fall.  At this point I believe WG is cashing in on the premium stuff while they can, and are working on WoT 2.0, or something similar.  The game is showing it's age, and it's not a game like WoW, LoL, or CS that can be played forever.

They need a new version of WoT, with a significantly overhauled engine, AKA, a GOOD game engine.  Better netcode frame.  Better hosting service.  Something that can take advantage of multicore CPUs/GPUs and extra RAM most have today.  Hopefully with less RNG for us, and if they want the game to be taken seriously in the competitive scene.  RNG has little place in the Competitive gaming scene.

Just posting here so I can follow the thread.  Actually a different kind of conspiracy and/or drama than normal crap on the forums.

Also will help to see if Russians makes this thread "disappear"...

Making a new tanks game isn't going to save them, the problems with the company are deep rooted and the other game will just fail. Either they try to reform now or they will be sunk in two or three years time.

This ^^

Any significant changes/overhauls to the current are going to drive some people away.  And not overhauling/significantly changing things at this point will also drive people away.

Something new is needed.  WoT 2.0 likely won't do it.

Well i've not been here as long as other people.. And i've seen this is a crappy company to deal with.. They do not handle the situation no further than a mass email.. So lets me know i'm nothing to them...

They don't ever address the community and fix those issues.. What they DO do is send meathead out like krusy the clown to try and clear the waters.. and once you get in your head he seems alot like a clown to sell. You will always see that.. Cause that is what he is.. A joke...

Then you get down to how they are treating people. On top of the players base, but the own employee's that we just caught wind of..

What have they done?  They created a great premise of a game and we are all here buying tanks trying to support them and its like they can't wait to crap on you or someone else around every corner.. Just to hear the meathead come back on and go its all ok ppl.. We are selling half off consumables.. Go on about your merry way and ignore all the BS we are doing to u.

They are too busy counting their money after the new P2W tanks came out.

It seems that WG is trying to "capitalize on the investment". We can see changes that force players to spend more money on the game and development is only going in the direction that brings pure profits. I guess their E3 appearance is seen by WG as unnecessary investment at this point. I guess WoWS is their main project now, and WoT will slowly follow WoWP development patterns.

Why would they be at E3?    I mean from what I understand E3 is about the latest and greatest..

Have you guys seen what is comming out what is going on at E3.. WOT has no business there.. they will get blowed out the water and make themselves look bad..

Oh wait they already did that lol

How could Wargaming compete with the more progressive companies....such as Activision.... if they (Activision) attend? WG would be showing the same old and boring games and features. Likely end up being embarrassed.

Actually, I believe we will be there with a small presence at a partner booth.

Ultimately, I'm not sure it makes financial sense for us. E3 is a serious amount of cash to do properly. So are even some conventions, you'll note we don't do PAX South or sometimes not PAX East. For amount of folks who see us there, we could well be better off doing other things. we haven't had a proper E3 booth in a couple of years. It may change, but for now, we are in good company.

Face as much Ridicule in the gaming community as TRUMP does in Washington.

Only thing 25% RNG on Pen Damage and Accuracy does is:

1) Force you to miss shots which you then have to pay to replace with Credits. 25% RNG accuracy
2)  Shots bounce off straight flat armor or in situations where you honestly say wth?   25% RNG Penetration
3) Force you to fire more shots at an enemy to get kills anyone notice for the past while the number of tanks inside damage range to be killed that survive with 20 hp or lower. 25% Damage.

Can't hit the target Can't pen the target but when you do we'll make sure to keep him around just a little while longer.. So he can shoot you. Win Win both sides. You don't know if you'll kill him he doesn't know if he'll kill you and they make money off every shot fired.

Only people who win in this situation are wargaming's accountants.  cause it's a Money Maker..

Probably because it costs an arm and a leg to be there and they've stepped back on developing other games to put more focus on WoT given how the populations of the servers have stagnated or declined a bit.
