I have not had a single crash. Do you have any mods installed?

Let me ask you this: When is the last time you updated all of your drivers, to include the graphics card?  Have you flushed your DNS CACHE lately?  How about a fresh install of the game or installed CC Cleaner and done a run?  These are just a few of the things I have had learn to do, the hard way, of late.  Not saying any of these will cure it but, who knows, it just might.

I'm also crashing after battles, but seemingly only when I complete a mission where I earned an emblem.

I'm also crashing.  Seems like same issue last 3 days.  Never had a problem before.

I also just updated my windows. Still problems.

Same deal here.  Crashing once in game every time.  This happened with 9.17 for me.  Had to use a direct link to launch the game.  Now even that is crashing.

So very disappointed with these patches.  This never happened in past years.

Lucky for you that it only crashes the game...

With this last update, WOT crashes my whole computer to a hard reboot.

Often happens just after signing in - the garage will blink in and then crash.

Also happens in games - when I can get in them, leaving my teammates unsupported and making me look like a bot. Trying to reenter the game at that point crashes my system again. And again.

At this point, WOT is completely unplayable for me.

If you're using Win10 and a pre-release build, it may cause crashes. I don't have any other information about your systems so I couldn't tell you much else.

My hard crashes are not a Win10 error...  I'm running Windows 7, 64bit.  i7-2600K CPU@3.4GHz, no overclocking 16GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB.

Hard crashes sometimes happen as I enter the garage.

Often happen as I start a game - hard crashing during the countdown or soon after.

If I can reboot and get back in, it often crashes again within 30 seconds.

SIGH. WOT is totally broken/unplayable for me. There goes my premium time too, so I'm doubly losing.

This has happened consistently since the last patch - and never before!

Any ideas? I run no mods and did a complete reinstall already. Also removed the wargaming.net gamecenter... still crashing...

I been crashing since April's update. I even thought it was my puter and sent it back under warranty to MSI, they found nothing wrong. With 9.18 my whole computer would shutoff like a fuse blowing, Now 9.19 is just closing and restarting at random.  Support keeps working the bad connection angle, but this has to be software or hardware. In the last 3 months my whole systems been re-installed 5 or 6 times. No other game, including WOWS gives me problems.

Support doesn't answer my ticket replys anymore, the last bit of advice was to go to links and install 11 year old windows updates. Beings I'm windows 10 Creator, my system wont allow me to install that old XP stuff.

Has to be a conflict most of us have in common. Had an issue a few months ago were a new version of Malwarebytes wouldn't work with certain Killernetwork card drivers.

As long as everyone submits a tickets atleast to get them to see a pattern

Progress!

After working with WG tech support over the last 4-5 weeks, we tried just about everything to stop the hard crashing (reboot CPU) as I enter a battle.

Nothing we tried seemed to work. It has been REALLY frustrating. Then, on a lark, I changed my graphics settings to Medium quality and was able to play for the first time in weeks with only one odd random shutdown that I can't replicate. I would have tried this much earlier, but THOUGHT with my darn-near-top-of-the-line Nvida Geforce 1060 GTX 6GB card that it couldn't be the problem... After all, it had run all the WG games flawlessly on Maximum settings for months before these last few weeks. Well, it appears (current working theory) that one of the recent updates isn't exactly compatible...

*** So for now, try resetting your graphics lower, even if you have a top tier graphics card! Hopefully this fix will be confirmed by others and patched in the next update.

Progress - after weeks of blood sweat and tears - is sweet!

Happy Hunting!

If u have a windows 64bit OS, the majority of these crashes are most likely related to how 64bit windows handles dx9. MS says they will fix this in the fall update. Until then I recommend trying the temp fix that's working for me, I posted it up above.

Geez. I was still crashing as I entered battles, and getting nowhere with any fixes, either from WG Customer Service or from _Badfinger_'s DX9 patches (thanks for the suggestions BTW!), etc...

Finally, I stumbled upon a post that told me to check my event log for "Event 41" crashes... which would indicate (usually) a power supply problem. (Google it - far more info out there than I can provide in a post.)

Sure enough, my Event Log listed out lots of Event 41 crashes. My graphics card, a 1060 GTX 6GB, was demanding more power than my weakened power supply could give, but only during really graphics intensive times. As a result, the computer would shut down as a safety measure... just wish it could have told me that somehow.

Bottom line, I replaced my power supply and haven't crashed since. All settings back to maximum, etc.

Note: Make sure size your power supply to provide 150-200% of your expected wattage usage!

While I was at it, I replaced all my case fans with quieter ones... big improvements to noise because I got a quieter PS, and even better - NO MORE CRASHES!

Hope this helps someone out there experiencing random hard crashes reboots restarts when entering a battle or at other random highly graphics intensive times.

Happy hunting! See you on the battlefield! (And this time I won't be a crash-bot!)

Wish the power supply would have been my issue, I initially suspected that to be my issue and purchased a new one. But I still kept getting the crashes. So I had to research my problem in another direction.
