My son bought me an FCM 50t for Father's Day, but we couldn't even platoon and play together yesterday because of the friends list issue :(

Nice gesture from your son.

Frustrating that this has no priority for Wargaming NA. CEO is invisible or absent or both.

go to the bottom left corner next to the friends list.  The next icon over is the chat channels.  Create one with a password and tell your son.  He can search it and join.  Invite from that chat channel and you'll be able to platoon.  No idea why they can't fix the main one...

My first question would be whether Wargaming has any intention at all to fix the contact list for the NA severs. The contact list has been offline for the past 4 days and is outrageous that Wargaming would ignore a problem like this for such a long time. My second question would be about the unfair match up system for tank battle. Since i entered tier 4 i have been fighting players that are two tiers above me and now that i am tier 6, its becoming impossible to do any damage to higher tier tanks. I want to know whether Wargaming has any intention of fixing this. Either by making smaller teams so that battling same tiers tank can be possible or keep the teams as they are and just fix the dam issue.I love WOT but this is becoming unbearable that is why I can understand why players no longer wish to play this game.

I really hope that our complaints do not fall on deaf ears because that would make Wargaming a cold and heartless fool.

I don't think anyone is happy about the situation.  But I can imagine the problem could be far worst and more challenging then most people would give it credit for.

They could have a virus, employee sabotage, improper back-up procedures or an issue that's gone on so long, back-ups are deemed useless.

I remember spending 3/4 of a day trying to figure out why my program wouldn't compile.  Ended up that somehow I had hit the 0 key instead of the O.

At the time, monitors and printers weren't as clear as they are now either.  I was looking right at the issue and over-thinking it.  Maybe they're programming

right from scratch something to rebuild the database?

That really sucks. But with this contact/ chat issues wargaming really shows how much they care about the people playing the NA servers.

PS. My main account is on the EU server and surprise...I don't have the contact/ chat issues there.

Here is a great example of how this game is dying because of WG's programming incompetence. I am sorry you are not able to enjoy the game as it was intended, especially under these circumstances. Of course there are workarounds, but the players shouldn't have to be creative to find ways to circumvent programming errors that are left unchecked... WarGaming has truly reached new levels of ineptitude these days.

x.

Maybe WG servers have been hacked by the Russians. Oh wait, never mind.

Do they even check the forums to see what the complaints are out there. Are they even considering how we feel about this game? I love this game but they are messing around andbits not acceptable. I can understand that there might be a serious issue but then why don't they communicate that with us and let us know whatbis happening.

I have watched a lot of silly whining and moaning in these forums, but I have to say this: FIX THE #$%E%^E$% chat server.  Thanks.

My friends list has been down for about a month now. WG is blind or has no clue how to fix it.
