For players still experiencing Contact list errors or disconnects, we apologize for the prolonged inconvenience. Although some of the fixes we've rolled out thus far have helped a large number of players, we are aware that more than a handful of players are experiencing lingering effects. Please bear with us as we roll out additional fixes to help our players that are still affected. 

 


 

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Any problems regarding CodeWeaver's Mac Wrapper software solution cannot be troubleshot by Wargaming America support, as we do not support Mac.

  1. Just trying to understand how the same client used by all players can have a bug that  affects only a segment of users unless it is an operating system issue.
  2. Tried to go to patch notes and it just hourglasses in three different browsers. :trollface: Finally used the game center to read it.

 

We don't have an "hourglass" error script...

arty alt view works better. Still like the original BA though but I'm making do and it's functional.

Well after 9.18 I was only bottom tier 81.5 % of the time---played 8 games today and been bottom tier 100%--looks like you fixed that inconsistent MM...Tiers 3 -8.

It seems the fps has dropped with this update , almost a difference of 25 fps compared to last update.

servers giving me 100 ping which is normal but getting a ton of red dots.. checked and no packet loss on my side no idea if this is fixable on my end

Fix the east server lag/packet loss. I'm tired of playing on the west server.

I have sent in a ticket with pingplotter and wgcheck file.. I sent a pingplotter report on both east and west server showing that my packet loss is only on east server at hops 10, 11 and 13 (which is the login-p1.worldoftanks.com) Here is my pingplotter for east server..  http://imgbox.com/LR7Dps5H As of right now I cannot even download the game client for a clean install like I always do with a new patch.. That is the pingplotter I sent in last night on my ticket..

Thank you for providing this information. I'll create a report to our Global Network Ops team. Can you tell me a little more about your connection are you directly wired, LAN, VPN?

You writing these lines telling everyone that it has been resolved. Which is not true!!!

Because I still cant play on the east server and so can't many of my friends. Just as a hint.

WoT is the one and "ONLY" game that I experience this kind of issues!

My gaming rig is nine month old and I spent $2500 on it and on the screen shoot you notice that my internet connection is up to par. 

Lesson learned out of all this. When this game is dead so will be wargaming for me as well!!!

Can't download the new patch, it just sits there.

 

Any Ideas?

 

All other internet functions work fine, so why do you guys do this when a big clan tourney is going on.  Not likely to make it tonight, many thanks

same issue.. I have also been trying to download a new client for a new install with no luck
