Had the game and was running it on 9.19.0. Today the patch comes out for 9.19.1 and the WoT launcher is straight up refusing to download faster than 0.1Kbps. WoWs will download quite happily at my usual download speeds of 3-4Mbps. All my other internet-based functions are still working fine. What the [edited]is wrong with this launcher?

I'm seeing this, also, though my download rate is somewhat higher (sometimes).  When I look it is either just less than 2kb/sec, or just under 300kb/sec.   Just ran an internet speed test to be sure there was nothing unusual going on with my connection:  25Mb/sec.   I understand that the server is probably overloaded, but shouldn't they take this into account for update days?   The download has been running for over 2 hours now.  It shouldn't take more than 20 minutes at the absolute most (really, 5 minutes would be pushing the limit in my mind).

LOL im seeing the same , bounces up to 250K and then trickles off quickly to 0 then it sits for 15 seconds and tries to reset starting over again at 250k.

still can't download the patch haven't been all day this happened last patch as well. I eventually ran the repair and got it to work however this time even that has failed. I restarted the pc and router, tried closing and re-opening the worthless wargaming center program nothing works what the hell devs.

Same thing is happening to me: every other internet function works fine but launcher will peak at 2.0Mb/s and then crash back down to 0.0, then rise to ~800kb/s and dip back to 0.0 and then just sit.

It has taken almost two hours just to download the SD client, now its barely downloading the HD files. Restarting the launcher didn't help.

WGC just froze...I thought world of warcraft updates sucked lol. Will try your tip  when I get the chance thanks davehsir. Glad the community cares enough to help us out the devs don't say anything other than submit a ticket so we can send you an automated response.

Same problem here. Top speed would be 8 Kbps then trickles down to 0 Kbps. It just jumped up to 5.7 Mbps as I was writing this and then back down to 0 Kbps. There's obviously something going on with their patch server or the host ISP. I hope WG has enough sense to run a diagnostics on their network for the next couple of weeks because the sporadic latency/download speeds looks kind of fishy to me.

Update: When leaving the patcher on for a long period of time (over 10 mins) it will jump up, run at proper 3.1Mbps download for about 1 min, then die back to 1-10Kbps (if anything at all) for another 4-5 mins. I give up trying to understand this thing.

Should be noted, i am NOT running WG's new WGC launcher platform. Just the oldschool WoT and WoWs game launchers.

Update: I hadn't been able to load WoT webpages or download the game. Now I can connect to Wot pages and download the game through torgard.... Is there anyway to tell if your IP banned? I was pretty drunk last weekend when I played.. Or could there be a bad hop between me and the servers that I'm now bypassing with torgard???....
