I just have 2 things i'd like some help with.

1. Lag. I don't know what it is but for the past month and a bit this game has been hit with such game breaking lag i have no clue why wot is ignoring it and letting it continue. I know its not just me as ive asked clan and team mates if they've had the same issues with the Ping and lag spikes and 75% of the time its been a yes. I've got no mods running, up to date graphics card, cleared the caches and when i ask Wot for help its the EXACT SAME generic answer every time "run this wot system on your computer and we'll get back to you". "oh you've sent it? lets see....oh heres the problem its your fault every time and we wont bother helping you with it. We'll just place the blame on you and keep releasing updates leaving the game breaking lag in the system." i'm starting to think wargaming either hates its players or really could care less about the game so as long as they get money.

2. I will be moving from Canada to Romania within the coming months and im wondering if i have to start a new profile on wot since i will have to use the EU server. i would really rather not since i have everything on this profile here. Is there anyone that can clear this up for me?

Lag is only marginally Wargaming.  It's mostly from either your PC not being able to handle the load of the game, or the route your signal takes to get back to the main servers.  I hear people all the time complaining about lag, and I used to get terrible lag on my old computer.  I updated it to a newer PC with a decent (not even excellent) video card and RAM and now I get 35-40 ping and 75+ FPS.  Haven't had any lag since beyond a rare momentary spike.

1. the lag problem is real. Try to put your graphics at the lowest and see if you get better response times, then move them up. It's weird, it's up and down all the time and it seems to hit people differently and different times.

2. I play from Sweden and have no issue, besides the recent lag, to play on the East and West server, but I have no idea how the infrastructure in Romania is. It could be that fibers are not implemented yet and that you live in an area with crap internet - then even the EU server could be a biach. You'll have to see. Oh, and please make sure you sit outside Romanian super markets and beg for money. Romania is exporting all their finsest to sit outside our super markets, why don't you even out the score a little for us? :)

Besides begging outside super markets, what will you be doing in Romania? Are you selling christianity?

I think WG will transfer you if you're using EU internet. Send them a ticket.

If you start an EU account you will get rid of the lag, so there is that.

I find it is usually the video card struggling to keep up.  Please update to a modern video card.
