Unable to connect to server

Since the new release, I have not been able to play.  My net setting shave not changed since before the update.  I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.   The connecting screen spins forever.  All other internet apps are working fine, machine is only months old.  Any suggestions?no server.jpegmac.jpeg

Which one of the two,  east or west?

I used auto, good point I will test now.

 

I tried east server, quick login and the standard login.  I tried west server quick and standard.  

 

The connecting message with the spinning gear last a long time, then times out and gives m,e the unable to connect message all four times. 

 

All other internet apps are functioning, WOT worked before I updated.  Thanks for the answer, tho, that was sound troubleshooting right there.

That happened to me one time and I wiped the game and game components of the HD and did a complete new install, which fixed the problem.

I'm not good with Mac's, but there is a really good user who is (black_colt), in the Mac support forums.

I did the complete wipe and reinstall last night, no change.  I did it again this morning, no change.  I will seek out this mac yoda.  ty

answer in that thread.

 

it had to do with file sharing, then turning it off once in the garage.  it worked.

 

Now If I could just get rid of my crappy stats.  I am such a tomato.  

 

watching vids from the gurus does help.

Try changing the compatibility I was just messing with it and now I get the green bars. Hope it helps I've been down for 4 days to it sucks.

I Have had success, My website access is working flawlessly now, I can access support and login to forums and world of tanks. On top of that I have no longer experienced any game lag, ping spikes or rubber banding in game since receiving my response.

 

I Bypassed the wargaming support and contacted g-core labs themselves after seeing all my packet loss occurring at a g-core labs server or routing portal. Within 48 Hours I was replied to and they told me they received the information from me and they have done work to fix the problem. Since then, everything has worked fine.

 

I will also mention I have changed ZERO setting on this computer since messaging g-core labs, and before they answered me everything was broken, afterwards it was fixed, so if your pingplotter shows anything g-core related contact them and they will get it fixed.

 

Oh Yeah Btw, Wargaming Spanwed G-Core

Even today I still have to turn file sharing on during login.  once logged in, I can turn it off.  If will not log me in without file sharing on.  Works perfect once in.
