Since the 9.19.1 update I have been unable to log into WoT. When logging in, it says "Failed to connect to server" for both the NA East and NA West. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game a few times now and the problem persists. Wargaming America Support has been quite unhelpful, either saying they don't support Mac or running me around in circles. I have been quite frustrated since I haven't been able to play the game in days. Any help would be appreciated. I will attach documents that Support asked me for as well.

Black_Colt is our best forum mac tech.

If you check the other threads here, you will probably find the solution to the problem.

If there isn't a solution here, send him a PM and he'll fix you up.

WOT's way of hinting you should re-roll?

As for the Mac Black_Colt did his best but the problem was solved only at the highest level when Apple released a new OS version.

I hope that WoT will release an update when it's compatible with the Mac wrapper or better when he do at last a native MacOS version.

Actually the issue still exists for many running macOS [OS X 10.12.5 and 10.12.6]. The reason for not being able to connect is related to several factors not just the OS.

CodeWeavers has a patch and hopefully we will see it released soon - for more details see the following thread -      Good News and Bad News in regards to the inability to connect to the NA servers from CodeWeavers

WarGaming only provides little/no support for the WoT Mac Wrapper.  WarGaming does not do a good job of making that clear - e.g. Make you agree to not being supported prior to being able to download the WoT Mac Wrapper.

Have you tried the File Sharing work-around proposed by CodeWeavers for the WoT Mac Wrapper?

If not, please see the following Post for instructions - http://forum.worldof...0#entry11115120

If this does not work then unfortunately you will need to raise a Support Ticket with CodeWeavers - here is the URL for your convenience - https://www.codeweav...tact-us#support

- OR -

you can wait for the patch from CodeWeavers - for more information -      Good News and Bad News in regards to the inability to connect to the NA servers from CodeWeavers
