Still broke and yet no reimbursement      But the ticket system has a bunch more questions you have to n/a through

contact and clan list was broken for past few days do we get 3 free prem this friday?

( Retraction of Previous Statement.)

I had posted that WG had not given the Reserves as promised. 

As it turns out the Premium I received yesterday was for the Survey (I Guess) and today the correct Reserves and "Compensation for contact and clan list issues," was on my account.

It will be a slow road gaining my trust again. Thank You for making the effort.

That said, I was wrong, and I apologize.

I received yesterday this:

3 days of Premium time

Hey, I got an email saying we'd be given 7 days of premium time, last time compensation because the 'issue' is now fixed.

 

So.....

 

Where is my extra premium time?  Release the Rewards!

[ TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN ]

 

In my own personal experience I have found that if you are Kind, Polite, and Courteous with the Wargaming Staff; they are Kind, Polite, and Courteous in return.  I was thrilled to have received such a prompt response back to my Support Ticket the same day I filed it and the reply is not specifically a 'generic' one but rather one that addresses exactly what I asked!  I am not a greedy, selfish person; I just wanted information regarding goods promised to all of us.

 

Below is a 'pasting' of my Support Ticket:

 

My only regrets are that nothing has been posted on the website nor on here regarding this matter so that the Support Ticket would not have had to have been necessary.  But, for those who are still wondering; this was the response I received to my own personal Support Ticket.  I will share it here in the hopes that it may help others to see the response and perhaps they will not need to file their own tickets but rather just wait with all patience and see how this is all resolved.

 

* By the way, this is not the first game I have had something like this happen on.  As difficult as programing can be I've worked really hard for some things on other games and they suddenly realized the promised prizes couldn't be sent out!  It does happen on various games and with various companies, sadly, such is the difficulties with software codes and programs. *

 

 

** Here Is My Support Ticket Message To Wargaming and The Reply Back I Received **

 

 

: My Ticket Message :

On September 1, 2017 I logged on throughout the day and received nothing. On September 2, 2017 I logged on and received 3 days premium along with 3x credit boosters and 3x experience boosters.

I Appreciate the 3 days of premium and the boosters, Thank You.

However 7 days of premium and 10x boosters were advertised on the website;

under news article: [ UPDATE: Contact and Clan List Compensation ]

7 Days of Premium Time
10x Personal Reserves: +50%XP (2 Hours)
10x Persona Reserves: +100%Crew XP (2 Hours)
10x Personal Reserves: +300%Free XP (2 Hours)
Rewards are slated to go out on Friday, September 1.

If you're still experiencing some problems with your Contact list be sure to check firewall settings and ensure host:ports are not blocked.

  • 5222 is the default port for the XMPP (Chat) server
  • 5333 is an alternative port

They gave me three days for that survey and 3 days  for WoWp being down a while back.

I've been receiving the packages not always on time, and not always correct, but they have responded to my tickets well, and corrected the things they said they would.

This last friday is an example of that, I was shorted, so I sent in a ticket and received a prompt response. 

These are positive steps in the right direction. I'm coming around, gaining that faith and trust. Thanks WG

I did not receive the correct package.

 

I am short: 4 days of premium, 7 Personal Reserves: +50%XP (2 Hours), 7 Personal Reserves: +100%Crew XP (2 Hours), and, 7 Personal Reserves: +300%Free XP (2 Hours).
I received only 3 each of the promised items above on, Friday, Sept.1

i just got all 3 of 10x but only get 15hours of premium, what happening ?

Yeah, I got shorted on the days as well. I guess it's back to business as usual. Sigh. Turns out last weekend was not the final compensation, this weekend is, so instead of 7 days, I got three. I thought last weekend was, but no it was regular comp, with the credit boosters.

I got the payout for "fixing" the contact list.

But I have one important question:

When is the contact list actually going to be fixed? Because it most certainly is not fully fixed.
Clan tags are still frequently wrong, there are long periods where we still cannot blacklist people, online friends frequently don't show up as green even if we're platooning together, we still cannot always decline random friend requests (they still auto-accept no matter what you click a lot of the time).
