Compensation for Contact and Clan List issues

I got the payout for "fixing" the contact list.

But I have one important question:

When is the contact list actually going to be fixed? Because it most certainly is not fully fixed.
Clan tags are still frequently wrong, there are long periods where we still cannot blacklist people, online friends frequently don't show up as green even if we're platooning together, we still cannot always decline random friend requests (they still auto-accept no matter what you click a lot of the time).

They gave us 4 days and that added to last weeks 3 is 7 according to support.A bunch of crap cus last weekend was the 7 day sale and they didnt want us to have 7 free days and not buy their sale.Last weeks free premium was the same package they had been giving us and not related to the 7 days.They convoluted an accounting story which was just damage control because they dont communicate amongst their selves that the free 7 days would interfere with their sale ,losing them money.This company is falling to pieces.

Good news Tanker! The friends and contact list issue is finally resolved with the latest patch.
 
We have been working hard to fix the issue permanently, and over the last 4 weeks we arrived at the solution. So we will no longer be crediting everyone the “Thank You” package that has been going out each week.

     I don't post on the forums, but felt I must. Been here for a long time and once again I see another broken "promise". I have not received my 7 days of compensation, nor have I received an email from you. I wait for an explanation that will never come.

They may have had someone go into the game and notice that it was never fixed and is still broken to this day. They're probably trying to figure out if they're going back to their prior promise of offering the 3 days every week until it's actually fixed.

An update on when an actual fix is to be expected would be nice.

Perhaps you didnt play during the specified time?

I sent a ticket in on the same subject... The response was that the final compensation was broken up over two weekends... One of 3 days and the other was 4 days...

​Rich, I understand and appreciate your thought, but no I play like 40-50 games a day since I'm retired now. But I'm glad to see the chat is still broke, there is no compensation and still no tournaments. But hey, WG has more wallet tanks available! Thanks WG, I realize nothing lasts forever and it was fun while it lasted. Hope your developers are working on that new game.......
