Okay, So U.S.A. = English, Mexico = Spanish+English, Brazil = Portuguese and Spanish So I understand why you have Spanish and Portuguese as extra support Languages.....

WHY IN THE HELL ISN'T THERE ANY FRENCH SUPPORT IT'S ACTUALLY LISTED AS A SECOND LANGUAGE HERE IN CANADA, AND FROM WHAT I CAN UNDERSTAND WE'RE MORE A PART OF NORTH AMERICA THAN BRAZIL AND PORTUGAL.......

Strange...... no wonder we have so many Brazilians and South Americans playing

Interesting, I was just wondering this last night myself...?

And perhaps, there could be just a few other languages possibly that could be included also?

No one should have a problem with WG adding French as a preferred language on the NA servers... I sure don't.

what I am getting at is they added portuguese support before french support... and french is actually one of our official languages here.... Hell on the EU server I guess France doesn't play?.....

This is a easy fix WG...  So they probably won't do it.

How true, things that are easy fixes, or that make basic sense end up never happening with WG  :sceptic:

I think a lot of it has to do with potential market size.

  • French is the mother tongue of about 7.3 million Canadians (22% of the Canadian population, second to English at 58.4%) according to Census Canada 2011. Most native speakers of the French language in Canada live in Quebec, where French is the majority official language.
  • Portuguese is the majority language of South America, by a small margin. Spanish, with slightly fewer speakers than Portuguese, is the second most spoken language on the continent. Other official and majority languages in specific countries are: Dutch in Suriname. There are over 422 million people in South America.
