I was installing a mod and I think I messed up a file by accident so how can I fix that besides reinstalling WoT?

Always back up the game file before installing mods, or at least the Res_Mods folder.

Delete all items in your Res Mod folder, run a game to see if your vanilla client is okay, then try again.
