My suggestion about test server 9.20:

 


 

* First of all the test server should already remove the ammunition Gold from the server, Because it's no advance to "test" the vehicles if everyone uses the GOLD ammunition.

 


 

* About Foch B: Is very OP, 6 ammunitions firing in 2 seconds it's too much hard to survive. Have to decrease the quantity to 4 equal to all other Tanks.

 


 

*About IS-7: If you compare the IS-7 with the other heavy tanks it loses a lot of credibility, in this update practically nothing has changed, if you look at the tank WZ-111 5A it's a good tank, has excellent shielding and excellent mobility, now has the same IS-7 cannon but the recharge is 9.45s, with a full skills, and the IS-7 has 11.56s. But the IS-7 has a gigantic armor in front of the chassis with a huge weak armor. The German tree has the best heavy tanks and with each update you make them even better, WHY??? Very fair it? Ha ha nice WarGaming World of $$$.

 


 

*Now the worst of all, MatchMaker: The positive point about the MatchMaker of the update 9.20 is the same quantity of heavy, light tanks, hunting tanks and artillery. But why does not balance too the best players for each team? And MatchMaker's problem is that, have to program the MatchMaker to balance the tank classes and the qualification of the players for both teams, if not, it will never get better. Look at the pictures below in a match:

There is no point to give the foch 50b 4 rounds because no one would run it ever. it would be pretty much the same as the 50b but with out a turret. Who cares if the acc or time between shots would be better.

I can see what youre trying to say here, but if you put equal skill players in a game it will lead to having everyone with %50 winrates

1) Gold rounds should be allowed in the test server because vehicles are compared competitively and not casually. The best players play the best tanks and use the best ammunition so if you truly want these tanks to be balance than Gold round consideration is a must. I do believe the Gold ammo mechanic needs to be balanced overall however. 

 

2) Foch B is fine with 6 shots. The tank doesn't have a turret so it's difficult to hit and pen all 6 when vehicles have 10 seconds to pull back in cover. If you get tracked... well honestly that's your fault for going around the corner wrong. The Foch B is overpreforming but the 2400 damage is fine. It's the only thing that makes the tank unique.

 

3) Maus is being nerfed. Funny how I was complaining about Maus and Type 4/5 being overbuffed during testing and now look they are nerf them. 

 

4) Stop blaming MM, it was designed to be random and non-skill based. This reduces wait times and adds more variety to each match. Steamrolles happen when both teams are bad players because one team isn't paying attention while the other is bumb rushing without strategy.

Sigh The Foch 50B is PERFECTLY FINE - if you decide to roll out of cover side on, then thats your fault, no one else, its called bad play. It's gun handling statistics are very similar to the AMX 50B, with only a few statistics improved, because ... no turret! more fighting compartment space for the ammo, and for the loader(s) to work. The 2 second intraclip reload is perfectly fine, it makes up for the fact that the Foch 50B has crappy pen for a tier 10 TD, infact, crappy pen for even a tier 9 or 8 TD.

As for those people going around [edited]that it could clip a tier 8, and? the Foch 155 can clip ANY tier 8, the AMX 50B can clip most tier 8's - the only thing that makes the Foch 50B worthwhile, is the fact it has six rounds over the four of the AMX 50B, and has a better intraclip reload. Otherwise, its literally just an AMX 50B without a turret.

Maus needs its Nerf.

The Type 4 and 5 still needs MORE nerfs for christ sake, they also need to remove its premium ammo for the derp gun, when you can quite literally just pay more for more damage, they're touching the P2W line ( Be it they've already blatantly erased that line. )

Gold ammo needs to remain on the test server, as stated by another poster, good players will use the games mechanics to there advantage, for example ... using the best ammo available when they need to. Most good players will take 10-15 prem rounds for when they NEED to use them. Whilst some tanks REQUIRE prem rounds to be worthwhile, like the T69 and T54E1 ... and possibly the Foch 50B on the live server, because no one plays WoT like they do on the test server.
