This is personal preference, but I have found it worthwhile to run the cheaper 100 octane gas in my 3rd consumable slot. It gives the Maus a little extra get up and go. I have almost a full repair crew so I can run without a 2nd repair kit.

No issues with fires? It is German so I figured you get lit every 3rd game

Here is my set up for my Maus. I tired running a spall liner for a bit but dropped it because its only used 1/4 - 1/2 of your matchs. I would rather max out my dmg.

Rammer and vents. There's an argument to be made whether to use v stab or spall liner. If you're a good player you'll probably want the spall liner, as the dispersion on the move is very good and the low speed will contribute to lack of bloom.

this is basically my thoughts as well.   Personally I'd go with vents, rammer, spall liner and then put agility skills on my crew.

Its what im using. Vents, Spall, Rammer. First up is BiA, then ill go with skills for each character, then repair across the board, and then more skills.

I may be lucky, but I rarely get set on fire. Yeah, the ole HE right below the mantlet trick can sometimes work but not enough to have a dead slot taken up being an extinguisher. When the new patch rolls, I'm going to swap out the gas for food, to make up for the 1 second less reload.

Most of the slower super heavy's I tend to lean Vents no mater what tank cause I like a 121% crew with BIA  , and rammer unless your happy with the reload . Then I move to the spall as arty loves me . Then if aim time is a problem then the GLD , but if it isn't then I would go stabilizer . Optics arnt really a factor cause you usually have others already lighting the way by the time you get there . Overall VENTS , RAMMER , SPALL . Works well in super heavy's.
