Hi,

I want to tweak a few tank skins for aesthetics (131, Patriot. French clown-car,...)

and a youtube tutorial I was watching said to open the .pak file.

I have 7Zip and WinRAR, but neither recognize the .pak files.

What should I use?

THANKS!

I think you mean .PKG.

One way is to copy the .PKG file to your desktop and change the file extension of the .PKG to .ZIP then extract like a normal archive.

Another way is to right-click on the .PKG and from the menu select Open with > Choose another app. Once .PKG is associated with WIN-RAR you can open just by double-clicking the archive.

Always be careful when messing with these archives as you can easily screw up your WOT installation if you delete a file.

Use 7zip and it'll open the .pkg files straight away.  What's inside them may be a different matter.
