Wow, so South American players (Brazil in this case) are getting routed through San Jose, CA (NA West location) and then to Chicago?  That's going to be a problem.  I'm sure that wasn't the case when NA East was live.

Nah, I play from SG/Indo (Asia region)

I play this game quite long but technically i realized ping is not issues but common issues is sharing internet in ur house which cause increasing ping.

cause someone is streaming, downloading, etc. it disturbing ur play style when in home.

I did research few bit for the hardware like router WIFI new generation and dependable with ISP.

currently i used FO internet with better router wifi for housing to sharing large number. I used ASUS brand which they have new brand gaming router WiFi AC 7200 (4000mbps down 3200up) with new function inside router asus priority internet using (like u can put first priority in game style), kill ping (kind of shortcut VPN connect it does lowering ur pings).

New server runs great at 12 to 30 ms ping and 125 fps until around 12:30 pm eastern everyday then lags and gets around 800 ms ping and then cant play all day again until around 9pm.has done this everyday since merge.

You should run a ping plotter session and figure out where this is occuring... as this sounds like a local problem and not a server issue.
