I'd have to say one of the following should also be considered a classic:
KV-5.

8.8 cm Pak 43 Jagdtiger.

All of which are rare, aren't sold anymore, are some of the "original" premiums, and are iconic.

Not a premium but the Pz.1C. The machine gun go-cart!

Type 59 as everyone that doesn't have one screams about wanting it and imagines it is OP like it used to be.  Kind of how people romanticize old cars without forgetting what a pain the maintenance can be on them.  That's my 2 cents worth anyway.  I'd happily take one in place of the trip if I won.  :B

This is a difficult task. The Tiger and Sherman tanks are both classic tanks from an interesting time period of tank warfare.

KV5 is a classic.

But you know, everyone without a Type 59 would love to see it go up for sale. And yes, I have a Type 59 in my garage. :B

T14

My first premium tank, keep it around in the garage for nostalgia, kind of like having a rusty classic car sitting in the back field.

I guess I would go with the Lowe. I don't have it but I have seen it around forever. It tends to show up less frequently than other premiums and it has some history to it in terms of player love/hate. It is much more unique than clones like the T34 or IS-6. It represents one of the primary combatants from the era. It is kind of an under the radar tank.

If not the Lowe, I would look at some of the vehicles that represent the beginning of tanking.

The IS-7 is for sure a classic, one of the original tier 10 tanks in the game. Did not get moved like the T30 and has not been absurdly changed like the Maus. And it is still a highly recommended first grind for newer players. So I say IS-7 is a classic.

Kv-1.  Great all around tank.  And an important role in WW2.

Also, the first tank I got 8 kills in.  And the next 8 kill game was about 10k games later.  So it has a soft spot in my heart.

Lowe. One of first Premium tanks and a Premium before the T-34 or IS-6.

There are so many possibilities, and there seems to be some confusion whether we are talking about premiums or regular tanks.

The premium that I see most and is available in store is the Super Pershing; it is a pain to come up against.

The premium that I play most and see most that isn't in the store is the Skorpion; people hate it almost as much as the E 25

The non-premium classic for me would be the T 29 (the IS 3 is another possibility but has been comprised by the recent power creep of tier 8 premiums)
