Let me quote the EULA, that you read and agreed to when you made you account:

Bingo.

Good luck with your pathetic Crusade.

Agree. Another windmill tilter.

Help me to hold them to higher standards of ethics.

Sure you have.  It's clear that neither you nor your "attorney" have read the EULA.

I believe it was rigged MM to make him lose games.  WG is placing players with lesser skills on his team.

Working as intended....

Wonder how many more seconds till this tread is removed in its entirety?

WOW... your last poll, which was fairly worded... went totally against you.

So now, you word your poll with a bunch of "Ifs".

You are a **** lord, afraid to ask honest questions.  All your suppositions are tin foil craziness.

"If" the moon was made of green cheese, would it taste good ?

I hope WG counter sues your *** off.

Calm down George!

Wargaming can execute that clause at any time except when they have taken financial compensation from a player. Many software companies try to hide behind the Eula like Microsoft until financially sanctioned.

Sounds like someone did not read the Terms of Service.  You paid a fee to acquire Virtual Goods. Virtual Goods are not real-world currency, have no monetary value, and cannot be used, exchanged, or redeemed except as provided in these Terms of Service, and cannot be transferred, in any case.

Also they will have a difficult time getting around the click-through agreement when they launched the game which required them to agree to the terms - otherwise they could not play the game.

Also they agreed to:

You agree that you are responsible for your use of the Services, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wargaming and its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents (collectively, the "Wargaming Entities") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to, use of, or alleged use of the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms of Service or any representation, warranty, or agreements referenced herein, or any applicable law or regulation; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right; or (iv) any disputes or issues between you and any third party.

If they thought that spending money on the game was a waste - just wait until they try and sue.

Here is another gem they agreed to:

Generally. In the interest of resolving disputes between you and Wargaming in the most expedient and cost effective manner, you and Wargaming agree that any and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, may allow for more limited discovery than in court, and can be subject to very limited review by courts. Arbitrators can award the same damages and relief that a court can award. Our agreement to arbitrate disputes includes, but is not limited to all claims arising out of or relating to any aspect of these Terms of Service, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether the claims arise during or after the termination of these Terms of Service. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU AND WARGAMING ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

Private forum, they can ban you for whatever reason, whenever they want, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Also, I answered yes and no for all your questions because you didn't check the one answer only bit, hahahaha
