Well they said, they WON'T merge our account, wth wrong with WG? Breaking their promises? Are you F******G kidding me WG?! I'm waiting with patient when their 1st announcement they will merge our account, but now they'll just forgetting their promise to us?

Yes, it's a bit upsetting, and, from a practical point of view, doesn't make sense.  People would have used the same email address for both servers, and there isn't any way, when logging on (at present) to differentiate between different accounts on the same server with the same email address.

  • The new low-latency ANZ server will be active daily starting Nov. 1, 18:00-00:00 AEDT
    This is a one-way transfer, so once you commit, it’s impossible to return to the NA server without opening a new account
  • The NA account gets permanently banned, so clan leads should be transferred
    Once the server is operational on Nov. 1, all you need to do is select it from the dropdown menu when you log into the game and — wham! — you’re in!

 

Honestly who was that idiot who made this confusing text??? from what they say, they transfer our accounts to empty server which only is available from 6pm to midnight Sydney time. There is nothing about SEA server now.

I am really scared to press the button "Transfer", as those idiots provide NO information in the emails and it smells like a trap now.

Make sure you have access to the phone number attached to your transferred account as you will need to use it to reset your password. I dont and now my account is in limbo. Have sent a ticket to the Sea team. Hope they can help.

It is a trap, after all.

I am waiting until 1st of November, to see how ANZAC and SEA servers stick together as information provided by WG is controversial

 

if it is same as NAE and NAW were, then ill transfer, otherwise fck it.

Anyone else not get the M4 (or anything else) after the transfer?

 

I submitted a ticket (with low expectations)... got a reply with a lnk to the NA server merge and the rtard Lawrence Ayers just closed the ticket.

If someone builds up a practice of spamming tickets, then it's possible that they develop a means to deal with that, I suppose.

What a cluster[edited].

I opted in ages ago via a support ticket which clearly said 

'You do not need to fill out the survey if you have already requested to transfer via a customer support ticket, as per our previous transfer inquiries. If you opted in at that time, then we already have your information and no additional action is required.'

I still have not received any follow up email with a password. Were it not for the extended enrolment period I'd be ineligible now.

Now I have to use the second wave and I hope I don't miss out on any of the bonuses.
