I could not find any other post like this, so if a mod wants to move the thread that's ok

 

 

I have been trying to change the email address attached to one of my accounts.

the customer support asked me for screenshots of my transactions on PayPal.

I sent them 4 Screenshots of my transactions made to PlaySpan. that include the :date, transaction number and invoice number and amount. "the entire Page from PayPals resolution center.

They say its not the information they have on file..

They are refusing to do anything with the information I provided in order to help me.

These purchases were made in 2013.

Make sure those purchases all apply to that account, and are the most recent ones made to that account. Keep responding to the ticket if you must. Usually they'll be pretty good about helping you figure things out.

I did this myself once and simply told them sorry that was along time ago I dont have any records and they then asked me some basic questions about my account, easily answered and presto new email - maybe youre mistaken about the records, its easy to do and they will let you go the questions route at this point?

Yes they asked me for any promotional codes i may have used on the account...

They also asked me what was the first Premium tank i bought..

 

There's no way i can remember that stuff..

I bought most of the Premium tanks that were available at the time. cant remember that.
