I bought some items in the premium store and I'm still waiting 10 hrs later. I still have a ticket in queue that hasn't been answered.

Sometimes it takes a bit.   Usually it's near instantaneous, but seems forum consensus is give it 24 hours before worrying.

 

With that said, I'd leave the ticket, just don't bump it as that sends it back to the bottom of the queue.

That's lame.  I would expect them to get to you today.  If they don't, raise some noise.  Maybe message the forum admin directly.  (In a polite way, of course). I actually get the impression CabbageMechanic cares about doing a good job.

That's crazy, I have purchased a bunch of premiums and premium time this year since I just got back into playing the game and everything is instantaneous once I pay via PayPal.

^^^ Same here, instantaneous (unless my card does a fraud alert thing - which has happened with WoT purchases)

I found if you do a purchase through Pay Pal and have a bank account as the funding source (instead of a debit card number) PayPal treats it like you wrote a check.  That can take up to 5 business days to clear.  I just went through this last week.  Always set your PayPal to a debit or credit card number....

Every purchase has been instantaneous until this point. I was hoping to get my tier 10 before I had to go back to work, but it looks like that is on hold. I've had no response of any sort from War gaming about the charge. Not even a receipt, but amazon paywall said it was sent.

I also made a purchase to Wargaming for 29.99 Sept 5. It's Pending, maybe someday this will get a Completed. This is the first time that this has happen when I made a purchase thru PayPal

Wait the compensation time. Same error happened with me, in my cause, because i use bank slip option instead of online banking option. I dont know what option you used. Hope that situation will be regularized soon.

It seems that paywall is the culprit. 

 

They sent me this in response to my inquiry.

 Upon checking, your order is still in an 'Open' status which also means that it's still pending. Once the status is 'Fully charged' then that's when you'll received your order. 

 

My credit card is showing it has been charged. I don't know how much more charged it can get.
