It gave me a tingle! 4 kills and 3391 damage. Never got spotted and not a single shot fired at me. It was glorious! I turned the tide on the 9 line where all the heavies go. Ripped up two O Ni's a T29 and a FCM 50t.

I got my TD-15 mission done in my udes in a T10 match. Ended up with 6 kills and over 4K damage. It's a nasty little TD but super situational. Unlike other turretless TDs it really takes some miracles to turn a city map into something that doesn't burden the team. Now on a field map that's obviously where this thing shines.

Nice...those types of td games are good to remember for the times when you're struggling on Stalingrad or Kharkov.

I have plenty of higher damage games than that in other tanks. But, I'm humble enough to not feel the need to brag about beating up on lower tier tanks, from a boost spot, in an invisible TD.

And I'll give you the gold to buy a real tank and then prove you can do that kind of damage in it :-)

That was a good result, OP. But the salty commenters do have a point. You used an exploit on an unbalanced map to achieve it. WG has even started (supposedly) to change maps to eliminate boosting into positions that are unbalanced or broken, like the one you used. That would be the reason of some issue with your good result. I think that all they have to do is use a timer, very much like the drowning mechanic, for any tank out of bounds in the dark, supposedly unplayable areas of maps.

Well to tell the truth, I really don't care. If I can get there I go and it's not unbalanced if the other team has arty worth a crap. Not picking on you, but there is a general whatever I don't like or approve of needs to go mentality in this game. First people harping about arty, then tank destroyers. After that it will be heavy tanks that have too much armor.

I do realize that it is there, and people will use it. It is unbalanced, because the other side has no overlook to match it. If not one shell came at you, the high camo of that tank line preotected you. Arty would have to guess where you were, and waste shells maybe splashing a target for minimal amounts, rather than aim at targets that are spotted and available. The fact that you are willing to use a known exploit that is very not fair says something, especially that you are ok with it. I tried boosting once, and it made me feel like I did not deserve the reward I got for basically cheating. The no-go zones of the map are that way for a reason, and just because they are accessible to certain tanks with the engine power or speed to use them, does not make it ok to use them. That is an issue in the player base, and in WG not fixing such things immediately. It is in the game, get used to it..... That is not a valid argument against of for anything. Changes happen to try and maintain balance. I would say that a person elated about a great boosting game is about equal to one who does the same about an obvious aim bot use replay, in my mind. Unfair advantage and exploits are not good.

There are plenty of maps where one side gets an advantage on the enemy team even with so call "no go" areas. If WG really didn't want you to go there they could put a rock in that spot to block you since maps are server side. So that shows that they really don't care!

The only piece of elevated terrain I wasn't able to get on was a small rock on el halluf on the side with the small town. Just overlooking the valley. Now they put a rock there. That was barely anything I would consider a boost area.
