So what are the odds of seeing the 105 leFH18B2 back in the shop?

I will cross my fingers and wish with you that it does comeback. It will probably be back only in one of those $99 bundles.

1%.

They're slowly killing off artillery and putting the LeFH for sale would go against everything they've been doing.  If they do a premium SPG it will be a tier 8.

Should be removed from the game, not added back into the shop.

Unfortunately for those of you that dont own one probably never considering its age and the current state of arty. As it was untouched last arty balance patch as all Prems should be in the game by any nerfs or changes .

Either 100$ "Rare" bundle for Christmas or not at all since it's one of their giveaway tanks now.

I read this post no less than 5 times and I still have zero idea what it means.

I think it's trying to say that it won't be released again since it's old and wasn't changed by the arty changes.

100%.  do an Ebay search for "Italeri 37501 1:35 World of Tanks Ferdinand"  They run between 40-50 bucks and there more than 10 listed.

Ask the seller and verify that the box is still sealed.  It has a code in it for a Lefty

the Lefh will not be resold until after re-balance 2.0 when they rewrite all premium vehicles.

it will however, come up as a reward from time to time, about as common as the e25.

Actually not happening in the near future and I hope it doesn't. That tank is broken now with the new arty mechanics and should remain off sale till it can be properly rebalanced the majority would agree with me on this one. You might get your wish in the 25 day sale at Christmas.

That's what I remember. Shame too.

If one wanted to, they could have bought a ton of Jagdtiger 8.8 codes and get like 25k gold for 15$.

not gonna be nerfed.. jus like most all gold tanks.. to do so would court "bait and switch" laws.  The buying (with real money vs an in-game earned currency) of one product and having a "lesser" product than as advertised.

There is a listing on Amazon for the Ferdinand model that stated in the product description "Box may state game codes are included. All game codes have expired."

but it there was another thread recently where someone claimed that the "expired" code still worked.

Buyer beware.

nobody, I repeat nobody is going to waste their time attempting to file a civil action over a tank that costs 1,500 gold, or even the cash equivalent, especially when the game's terms of service specifically include verbiage about what wargaming can, and will do to THEIR digital property.

their worst case scenario, if they make dramatic changes to it, I would expect is the offer of a full price refund in gold like they did with the super pershing a while back.

I have spent more time testifying in various courts as a qualified expert witness in tax matters than most people have in playing their favorite tank in this game.  I don't know any attorney's that would take a contingent-fee case for the numbers we're talking about here after even skimming the eula and looking at the dollar value of 1,500 gold...

for a class action to be initiated for a micro transaction like this, one would need to have a reasonable guess as to how many are effected.  as far as I'm aware, wargaming doesn't release information as to how many lefh's are on NA Accounts.

and finally, here's some interesting old reading on some prior attempts to file class actions over micro-transactions.

https://www.law360.com/articles/657071

In the case of changing the balancing on premium tanks, wargaming's eula specifically states that they can and will.  for a bait+switch to be offered one would probably have to reasonably claim that the balancing impact was so significant that the good or service in question was no longer reasonably able to perform the tasks it had been offered for.  what's the main point of a premium tank?  crew training a certain crew class and offering premium credits + xp returns.  one could reasonably counter argue against a suit that so long as wargaming does not change the crew class, and so long as the multipliers on xp and credits exist the tank in question is still doing what it was offered for sale as.

if somehow a judge could be convinced otherwise, then I guess a subset of the player base would potentially be offered $6-7.00+/- (or the gold equivalent thereof) minus attorney, and class processing fees.  yeah, I'm sure that huge amount of money is just paralyzing wargaming from making changes
