Not so sure about that assertion. Being 15m behind the bushes allows you to keep the camo provided by them when firing, it does not make you unspottable through them, or you would not be spottable even 5m behind them when not firing, which we know you can be spotted there, as well as farther back.

If the bush is opaque, you can't be spotted, period.  I believe that happens at 15 meters.

I've noticed this as well. MY t-34-85M and my e-25, both  with full Camo training , are now getting spotted in passive scout locations and enemy distances that just a month ago would not have been spotted. However i realize people here on the forum are very quick to flame anything you say, it's the nature of the beast.

But i have personaly noticed a nerfing of camo effectiveness with at least two vehicles

No. Bushes just add to your camo. Being 15m behind them means if you shoot they are outside the zone where the camo they add is removed.

That is not true. Take a buddy into training with a bad camo vehicle, and him in a good view tank, and try it out. He will be able you spot you through multiple layers if he gets close enough, and I am not talking proxy spotting either.

It seems camo mechanics are broken ....again ! I'm not sure i the proximity spotting is the culprit or what. Was just spotted 150 meters from the closest enemy through 2 rows of heavy forestation in a td with full camo crew and a net, WOT needs to reduce the proximity spotting...its not realistic....I don't care what you're in you cant spot a netted td through 2 layers of trees.

That's 150 meters from the enemies that you can see. What you didn't see was that light tank sneaking around your flank where you have no cover.
