If the fools are so busy doing something, then don't push the battle button.   Problem solved.

I can see going afk in the middle of the match over something that comes up, but it should be a very rare case where someone is AFK from the countdown.   Yet somehow I see far more AFKs sitting at spawn than any random AFKs abandon during play, out in the map.

WG should penalize no-move spawn AFKs by subtracting the games average XP, and credits from any player that doesn't move out of spawn.    Put an end to the AFK spawn bots

That is unbelievable! :amazed:

All of you complain on this same forum, about bots, afk, players who deliberately do nothing and screw your wn8 and winrate and other BS.... and when I give you a real example (with replay), you all defend this kind of players???

Do you have mental problems, or what???

Watched the replay.  He was just bad.  It happens.

You, on the other hand, actively lied about him, just because he didn't do what you wanted him to.  (He behaved nothing like a bot does)

You don't have any moral high ground to stand on in this case.

If you have other "important" things to do, then DO NOT PLAY! As simple as that! Of course, one must have an IQ above average to understand this common sense rule.

Did you watch the replay before replying here? It is also a common sense rule to interfere in a discussion, only if you have an idea about the subject.

Sometimes real life gets in the way. You can bet your bottom dollar and soon as you get into a game and the timer ticks down there is a knock on the door, the phone rings or your loved one wants your immediate attention.

If I have time I'll message "Sorry, l've got to be afk, back as soon as I can"

That's life, get over it.

Single??? How did you come at this conclusion?

No man, this is one of many many hundreds. But his answer was so dumb and with so lack of respect for the other players.

Now I'm pretty sure that all those who defend this kind of player have the same attitude in the game. Your player records and personal ratings speak.

.

The guy in the T-29 was texting his GF in a number of games then?

What do you mean "what do you mean?"?

Its clear what I meant.

Someone in a T-29 was inactive.

You got all bent because they said they were busy texting someone. This triggered you into coming here to vent.

That's seems to equate to one battle out of over 8000 in your count.

What's the part you missed or don't understand?

My player records and personal ratings speak? Of what? That our WRs are identical atm? That our wn8 stats are very close? That you're almost where I am?

You should shove your feeble stat shaming sh*t wherever you find it most comfortable.

But you have two times more battles than me. Which shows a very slow progress from you. Which means you are a slow learner or you simply can not understand the game.

You lie with no shame. You didn't watch nothing. He wasn't bad, he just stayed in one place, near the base, and at the end of the battle moved a little in another place. He didn't fire one shot. That's all he did. I didn't tell him nothing at all. I didn't give advice or whatever. I just pinged him a few times, to show my team that they can not count on him.

You are a liar. Shame on you!

Everybody knows that women have a secret spy network that informs other women when their significant other hits the battle button (yes, they are monitoring our computers).  The handbook states that they should wait somewhere from 30 seconds to 1 minute after countdown starts and then they are to send a text.  The guys that refuse to answer the text are in for a world of hurt.  Lonely nights and having that lapse of judgement brought up in every single argument for the next 20 years are in store for them.  Do not ignore the text!!!!

No, I did watch it.  He did nothing good or productive, but he didn't act like a bot.  Did you not call him that when you threatened to file a false report on him after the game?

False accusations seem to be your go-to reaction to things that make you upset.  You should stop that, if you ever want anyone to take you seriously.

He was probably "texting his girlfriend" while running 6 battles at the same time...

The report button, which you push to report someone is called "inaction/bot". That's what I said and wrote.

You don't seem to be able to process all the information you read. Or, you act like troll. Please, go troll another topic.

That is the exact answer I've got from the player of the T29, when I pm-ed him at the end of the battle and I told him I will report him for inaction/bot.

That player did absolutely nothing, zero damage, zero shots fired, zero action. He didn't deserve the 329 XP he won on his teammates' backs.

How can one remains calm when he sees that the battle could be lost and a full HP heavy tank from his team do absolutely nothing to help, he just walked around the map???

"Enjoy" the replay, if you want to see a real monument of a bad player.

P.S.: I didn't "named and shamed" anybody.

How can one remain calm?  Have a shred of maturity and remember that it's just a GAME.

Please stop posting replies like this one. It's futile. And go play Solitaire instead of WoT.

Bro, if someone chooses a computer game over the woman in their life, they deserve the 20 years of grief.  But if they do it too often, they probably won't make it to 20 years.

Pretty amazing people are defending this. If you don't intend to play the battle, don't enter the battle. He could have texted back after the 6 minutes or whatever the battle lasted, or he could have yolod in and at least done some damage before dying if he couldn't wait that long. Hard to define sending a text as some lifesaving emergency.
