From the group NYMAS.  Their events are sometimes posted online later as podcasts, or streamed on CSPAN.   I tried to link more info on the event, but this site kept deleting the entire post, as the links were 'not authorized'.   So, you can google nymas and new york, and find their site.

CSPAN is scheduled to cover it, so you'll be able to watch it online. Possibly a day or two later.
