I made a Tf2 voice pack myself. I don't want to hijack your thread so I won't post it unless its ok with you aznnoodle. I repacked one myself simply because the one you made seemed haphazard, and I never knew what was going on; mines a bit more organized.

Soldier does all commander/radio man voices
scout does all driving voices
heavy does gunner/loader voices
sniper does spotter/aiming voices
and announcer lets you know when you have failed her by dying :)

it's amusing to hear the heavy laughing maniacally when you destroy someone or to hear the scout panic when they take out your tracks :D

Well, with this last Chem test out of the way, maybe I can get to work on v1.2. And the votes are...*drum roll*

Heavy
Scout
Engineer
Sniper
Demoman or Soldier

What? A tie?  :o  But, as the Demoman states, "THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!!!" :Smile-izmena:

First vote to break the tie does it. Just post if you voted already. Once v1.2 is released, I'll try to reset the poll.

Awesome! Soldier it is!

As for the crew pics...I wish I could. That'll take some time that I don't have, though.

Apart from changing the voice volume in the sound settings. Is there any other way of making the voices a little bit louder?
I find even when voice setting is at 100% and the rest of the settings are lowered to around 30%, they are still quiet soft.

I could make the WAV files louder with the tools that come with Windows...the problem here is, I am in no mood to amplify 3,000 WAV files. So unless I (or you guys) can find a program that can make me do all three gozillion WAV files at once, that'd be awesome.

Oh, I'm about a quarter through version 1.2. I may tweak it a bit more after release...some of the voices just don't suit me, but I haven't released an updated version in...two months?

Well, I got some good news and some bad news. Let's start with the bad: I do not have the community requested version yet (don't even ask why I don't have it yet, because I honestly don't know). Good news, I made another voicepack suited for my needs. I'm sorry, but I'm a notch above everyone else in my priorities list.

And it's also finals week. But during the three week break, if I'm not grinding the T32, someone remind me to get to work on the community requested soundpack. Just, I dunno, message me on the forums and say something related to "GET THE F@^$K TO WORK, SLAVE!" I do visit the forums often, so I won't miss it.

Anyways, here's the most recent one I made here.

Good luck with your finals!

Looking forward to your new version when you get the fark back to work slave (I dl'd your personal one for the time being), I still regularly chuckle at some of the lines.

Pure gold!

Well, it took...I don't even know how long, but I finally finished 1.2. On a side note, I finally started using JSGME. Now, you mod users are asking, "Why is me, a mod maker, not using JSGME?" And I could reply "Because I'm an idiot." Which pretty much was the case with JSGME.

Noodle's Team Fortress 2 Voice Mod 1.2

v1.2
- Community requested version via poll (which is now closed, but will open up again if I can find a way to reset the polls). Scout is driver, Soldier is commander, Engineer is loader, Heavy is radio operator.
- Crit breakdown: if you hit a crit, 50% chance you will hear the crit ping (which is the TF2 version of the crit ping), 30% chance of hearing "Cuh-rit!" "Crocket!" or "Kaboom!", 20% chance of hearing a special line, like "Oooh, got you right in the ovary..."
- Slightly more organized based on character. Most things gun related (turret traverse, gun, ammo rack maybe) are cues for the Sniper. Only exception is Scout and Engy, since the Engy fixes everything, and the Scout doesn't want to shut up.
- Added more French lines for those French tanks.
- This mod is now JSGME compatible! Just drop it in you MODS folder and enable it on JSGME...or if you don't have JSGME, follow the usual instructions.

Version 1.3 will probably be a revamp of the beta version. I'm also planning a video demonstration of this mod. Can you Fraps a replay?

EDIT: I can't temporarily close the poll, so ignore it for now.

And why does that link go to an Adult-oriented video site? I fail to see how that relates to FRAPS, and definitely not appropriate to falsely disguise it in that way.

I'm kidding, of course. I just generally didn't know how to respond.

Apologies. This was never my intent. I did not, under any circumstance knew this would lead to an inappropriate site. What my intent was for a gaming capture software to this site My link. I totally apologize for my actions and behavior in this matter, and can assure this will never happen again. For those that I offended, please accept my humblest apologies. The new link should take the person to Bandisoft website. Where the program can be downloaded. It's quite possible, that I misspelled the link and added it to this website. Still, ignorance is no excuse for my actions. I'll be more aware of where I am, and what I am doing for future reference. If you see fit to ban me, then do so. Again, my apologies for those that I offended, and to my unit/teammates for bringing dishonor to our esteemed Clan. We are not perverts, etc. We are a unit of good clean, wholesome fun, and we do not condone such actions. I will notify my unit of what I have done, and can only hope WarGaming.net, World of Tanks Community, and those that I offended, will find a way to forgive such stupidity on my part.

No apology really needed. We always mess up on the forums. Anyways, I remember one day I was like, "We have a search option!" so I searched it. Question answered. Expect a video coming up soon...ish.

However, my favorite line is from my personal version: "Oh, they're gonna' have'ta glue you back together, in HELL!"

Video is up!

Note that I did not use 1.2 while frapsing this, I used my personal version. I also used replays, most of which are mine. The only piece of gameplay that isn't mine is the scene with the GW Panther.
