Not sure if anyone else is having problems, i know my brother got all of his 6 houses today but I only got 6/7 of my houses to trick or treat. As of yesterday i had 7 points in game for tank hollow 2 (5 daily 15k exp and 2 20k damage). I started yesterday with only 5 points, and completed my 15k exp and also my 2nd 20k damage within a 1 hour exp reserve to give me a theoretical 7 trick or treat houses today but when i logged in it only showed 6 on tankrewards.com. Either the cutoff time for points to be tallied for this week was sometime in the 1 hour that i played and ill get the 7th point next week, or i got screwed out of a trick or treat house.

If correct, the cut off is on Mondays.  So last nights pts. will be totaled for next week.  

I had a total of 10 pts. as of last night but only got 8 houses today.  Just keep track.

I was going to say, that they likely only count the days through monday of that week, but if tod914 says he had 10 (without getting any bonus houses?) then that isn't the case.

 

I also have 7 points in game but only had 6 on tank rewards. However last year I had this issue too. My advice would be to keep track of the points you had on the Tank Rewards website each week, and if at the end of the event they don't add up to the total shown in game, then send in a ticket. Otherwise you might cause unnecessary chaos and confusion.

Just read on the other topic Tank Hollow prizes won, Snipe4723 got 10 pts. too.  Hope WOT can clarify this.

I got my 4 that I wasn't expecting, as I haven't played at all in a few days.

 

I'd like to see Tank Rewards finally fixed, though...
