What a coincidence, that also happens to be the year that people like OP started complaining.

The game is ruined, and Wargaming doesn't care.

This thread needs a song about unicums being treated like pets by WG sung by folks from the other end of the WoT spectrum.
Note the title of the album.
Let's not forget the reroll uni's who sport a false covering.
Can't we all just get along...?

In referring to MM I think it's wonderful with the new system. It's no longer "oh no, only tier 8 with tier 10s the other 29". That can't happen. Back when I first started playing you could be a tier 4 fighting a maus. And your only chance of penning it maybe was with gold only ammo. None of that silver for premium ammo.
Skilled based MM is questionable. While good in concept, our population isn't enough to fill whatever bill we make. And then even so, deciding what metric to use is debatable. If you use wn8 then you just farm damage and unicum. You use PR, the WG metric, then all you have to do is play top tiers. That's WG gimmick for it's system. Though one thing isn't going to change and those are blowouts like you said. Either a unicum dies not doing anything, or a red player gets a very good game. Both are plausible. Both can happen in the same match.
But blowouts themselves are more of... Losing vision by a scout dying in the start or a early push failing or poor trades. Both lead to something, either vision or guns, and gives the enemy a big advantage and begins a snowball effect.

1. MM is better than it was
2. Combining the servers made MM better.
3. Except Tier 1 and 2, I have a great time usually. Do not have a Tier 10 yet so cannot speak to that.
4. I play vanilla, and I am an average player , and I find the game fun.
5. You are an entitled POS that simply needs to stop posting useless , false crocodile tear tirades, and uninstall the game. Don't forget to sell your premiums for credits first.
You are below average.
All you do is snide remarks in these forums. Are you upset that your stats are so bad you need to come here and chastise strangers?

High tiers are definitely the place to be.
I have to disagree with the comment on the win-loss margins. I think they are the same as they have always been if not a little better (at high tiers, haven't played low much lately)
I played some lower stuff before taking a break. It's alright down there.

This much is true. Right now WG is shooting their selves in the foot with World of Tanks. They are catering to the "super unicums", Russian players, and those who actually give them money for EVERY single premium tank in the game. So to make a long story short they are killing their own game and don't see that(or if they do they are not admitting it). I am actually going to take a 4-6 month break possible soon just to see if WG can get their SH*T straightened out with WoT.

OK, If I were WG or any company really, I would cater to the majority of players (RU server), those who paid the most, and those who put the most time into the game.
Those who claim that's a bad approach would not last long in business.
WG should cater to a mediocre minority who spends no money? That's the path to success in business?

You might want to mute this one while the video plays as you watch the purple lights.

Garbage MM? Really! It is a damn sight better then any MM before it. Yes bring back the days when low tier meant you were little more then a target, in the battle. Yea that was fun NOT!!!!
Anything below tier 9 is horrible to play? Are we playing the same game? Had loads of fun last night playing tier 6-10.
The new Premium Tanks, well I remember a game from 2012 where a guy posted this was his first battle. It was, and he was driving a Type 59 premium tank. The KV-5 was a beast back in them old days. So was the T26E4. It has always been just like what you stated since day one.
Cater to the Unicums?
Sure I have seen more blowouts then before they combined the servers but that is the player base, which WoT has no control over, not the game itself.

Spoken like a true comrade. Did you know that 50% of the wealth in the world is owned by 8 men? Did you know that they hardly do any real business in Soviet Russia???
I've already proven I've got more money than 95 to 99% of the total global player population and I effing know that YOU DO NOT TAKE A CRAP ON wealth hubs.... PERIOD!!! The US is one of those Wealth hubs.
As stated before the typical Russian only makes 9 k a year..... go stuff your comments about doing business somewhere else. I know EXACTLY what WG is doing. Part of is rather smart but a lot is incredibly amateurish.

The route cause of all of this is WG does a horrible job of educating players. This game is more complex than 'point and shoot'. Until they vastly increase the player education, we'll be stuck with 80% tomato player base. The only other thing they could do is balance skill between teams, so at least we wouldn't have to carry 13 reds against a team with only 3 reds.
