I cant find them anywhere in the missions tab, was hoping to get more female crew since im back to the game now

Yes.  Missions are not on the mission tab in the middle, but on the left above the crew.

Those Missions are in the centre wine coloured banner in your garage, just left of the name of whatever tank you are looking at in the garage.

 

I had the same problem awhile ago. Hadn't needed to look at those missions since the screens were updated and when I decided to look couldn't find them without some help.

 

edit: must have had another update to replace them above the crew. Must have been too many with the same issue. Now there are two places. Good thing about the centre banner is that it keyed to the tank type you currently have selected.

Don't feel so bad, I thought they were over too until I saw a thread like this a while ago...
