New ANZ Server and APAC Transfers

Worst thing about the transfer so far - ~10GB of stuff to download...

ANZ is a periphery of APAC. If you have an account on the APAC a.k.a Asia server, you select ANZ from the dropdown menu at the log in screen. At first it'll be live for six hours per day. They aren't completely seperate, APAC is basically becoming an umbrella. So as well as the Singapore server there will soon be servers in Sydney and Hong Kong, meaning it becomes a cluster rather than a single server.

-Did not receive email with link to website

-Receives only email with password

-NA Email and Email pass does not work with https://transfer.worldoftanks.com/

 

Whelp, guess transfer isn't going to happen for me at this rate.

Already opened support ticket yesterday.

So far 70 hours waiting for my ticket to be resolved, doesn't seem to matter that I respond within 5 or so minutes of their reply of which I have had one. 24 hours since last communication *sigh*

I still dont understand how is any of that meant to help when its not showing up on the email on a pc or mobile device.

Can anyone answer that or is it just another random WG response.

All i asked for was to have the email with the username & password resent. That is all too hard.

 there just cut and paste answers i am get the same thing back they dont even bother to read it lol.i like how in cabbagemechanic,s intro letter they say if you have any trouble contact tech support lol Yeah right so for the next 6 days till the transfer window closes u can get no help what so ever and lose all hope well done WOT

My main account is on ASIA, so I pulled out of the transfer of my NA account.

 

If they were going to MERGE into one, then I may have gone thru with it, but they don't MERGE.  I am not going to risk all that I have on a 31k battle account, just to get stuff from an under 100 battle account.  Besides, I have recently be given access to the Sandbox on my NA account.  I also have WoWs and WoWp accounts, under the same email address and IGN on the NA server.

 

Players have been told to supply another email address for their NA account to be transferred to.

 

For those worried about numbers on the NA server, I wouldn't worry.  Australia and New Zealand players only have a very small stake in the game on NA.  Even on ASIA, we make up a very small percentage compared to the other Asian countries.  In games on ASIA, I would be lucky to see one or two other players from ANZ.  I can see the queues being long on the ANZ "server" due to the numbers involved.  Yes, we may get a great ping, but waiting for a game will probably put a few people off.

We have just opened up another window of opportunity for Aussies and Kiwis playing on the NA server to transfer their account to the Asia server to play on the new ANZ periphery!

Hello Chieftain,

 

I've received the e-mail with the password to start the transfer. However I think they sent me the wrong password as I am unable to log in (Username was my email account, password was the one they sent). I entered the details correctly yet the authentication tab would keep asking me to log in over and over again. Any idea on this matter? I've submitted a ticket but haven't gotten a reply, I'm afraid that I wouldn't receive a reply until after the deadline and I wouldn't be able to transfer anymore.

Could we have an update on the EU server please? Some people have been unable to play since merge, and are being given the cold shoulder...
