Its 10:40pm Friday in Australia now and still no email despite having done the survey a few days ago

Likewise; I've followed the advice of others above (browser settings etc) and no emails.  I sent WG NA a ticket in the hope of having this issue sorted before the window closes altogether.

Just got an email from WG NA saying that the emails are still on their way so hopefully we'll get them sometime soon.

This has to be a joke.

 

I applied to transfer and received the you yes you email with the transfer link but am prompted with a username and password to enter when i click it.... I have not received an email with a password or username and have tried all manner of usernames and passwords associated with my NA account.

 

I have sent in 2 tickets but get the same generic response! Piss poor customer service.

 

If i miss out on this transfer i will quit. This game is unplayable on the NA server from Aus now

Keen to switch to SEA as I missed out last time.

You should all stop sending tickets, about anything. 'Support' is non-existant. Save yourselves some sanity and forget about ever receiving any real assistance from the copy/paste bots.

Hey , does anyone know what the ANZ server pop is approx. . I spoke to alot of players at the Sydney launch and they said the SEA server is around 10k most nights just curious if there are enough Au/NZ players still alive to make it worth the transfer. I have no interest in playing in the main SEA , just to play with friends from Au/NZ.

In the six hours per day that ANZ is live there's a minimum of ~1700. Last night it peaked at close to 3k. You can wait a minute or so for a battle, but it's populated enough to work and the ping is so sweet (I'm in NZ). Hopefully the numbers increase or at least stay steady, and the hours may be increased in the future.

The Singapore server will have a peak of around 15k on quiet nights, on busy nights it can hit 25k+.

I got my name on the docs but did not receive any emails. I put in a ticket but support is now claiming that since my last ticket was in August (which was the original transfer they screwed up) that it is way too late for a transfer. How can they not know about the google document that Chieftain put up?

They must know about it, I have friends who used the google doc, received an email and have now successfully transferred to SEA, I did the same and have not received an email.

I logged my username/email on Wednesday 1st November for transfer from NA to the SEA server, two days before the stated cutoff time of Friday 3rd November.

The above post also states I would receive an email regarding the transfer and that I should ensure I complete the transfer process by Monday 7 November. I have not received an email and have therefore not been able to complete the transfer.

Please advise asap how I can complete this process.

I'm getting the exact same response, with the exact same degree of frustration suffered. There is a thread on the Asian server website where you can try to get in touch and get help from that side.

Customer support here is useless.

To be fair, I should follow this up and state that I have now been contacted directly and put in touch with some Sydney based staff. All is now sorted and I have been transferred to SEA.

I was interested in this but found out about the whole thing after the day the server transfer closed.  Meh.
